I phone my relative who is in Cheri Curry’s care. It had been a week or so since I could reach my relative so I called the business number. The business number had NO OUTGOING MESSAGE and the voice mail was full. Not good.
The next week when I tried to call my relative the same thing occured. No answer on the customer/​relatives number so I called the business number. No outgoing message on the business phone and the voice mail was full.
Then I get a call from my relative with the business owner grabbed the phone and told me not to call at 7:30 (I called at 7:38) in the morning. Cheri Curry went OFF about not calling at 7:30. I asked a good time to call. Then I received the whole run down from Cheri Curry about what she does during the day and that they are always busy. She actually said «NO TIME IS GOOD.» Wow, I want to hire her at $ 3,500 per month with that attitude. Not.
On previous contact with Cheri Curry I asked about her email address thinking I could send her the tracking # on the package I was sending to her house and she refused. Also she picked up the package days late.
Overall I have sent 4 packages to her house and none of them have been delivered to my relative until I called and Cheri Curry would hear my relative talking about the packages. So either she can’t handle mail pickup or she withholds mail. Just strange.
STAY AWAY!
This woman is in way over her head if she can’t spend 30 seconds explaining the time to call and the day she picks up mail. She is constantly rude and handles my relative roughly. Very unpleasant. My relative hates living there but I don’t know how to get them out!
