When we first walked in, we were a little apprehensive since it was Friday morning and we were the only ones there. It took a minute or two for someone to come out and give us a menu and bring us our coffee. We looked over the menu and we had trouble deciding on what we wanted, because everything looked really good. I had the«Unlimited Omelette» and all I can say is: holy cow! I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the food was. My omelette was loaded with meats that are typically very greasy. When I cut into my omelette it was light and fluffy, very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife ordered a bacon and cheese omelette with the very same result. The bacon was crispy and the cheese was melted perfectly and it was very light and fluffy. Normally I am NOT a big fan of home fries cooked on the grill. We prefer deep fried home fries; because they’re crispy and crunchy, just my personal taste. Their home fries were perfect, crispy and crunchy with a just the right balance of seasoning and a very reasonable portion size.(Although I could’ve eaten a plateful!) The coffee was amazing, smooth and not watered down, served at the perfect temperature. The cook, who initially seated us, and waitress were incredibly polite and attentive. Cavu Café has achieved the feel of a classic dinner while elevating the menu for a more sophisticated palette without being snobbish. Great atmosphere, amazing food, outstanding service and a great value. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth. We excitedly look forward to our next visit!

Love it! Looking for a place for lunch in the area, and dropped in. Friendly service, great food. I had the Red Baron Bratwurst and my companion the Pastrami on Rye Panini. Both were excellent. Very convenient for either flying or driving in. Good view of the planes taking off and landing.
