So this review is based off of more than one experience. We have eaten here on multiple occasions throughout the years. The past several experiences have been less than desirable. Tonight we came in on New Years Eve thinking that it would be packed but it was surprisingly not. We were seated rather quickly, and our server arrived shortly after. We received our drinks and appetizer very quickly. We immediately placed our order for our food and had to wait a good 30 minutes on our food to come out. The food is not bad, in particular tonight it was pretty good, better than fast food. This place is so difficult to review because we have had several very good experiences here, but the bad experiences are starting to outweigh the good ones. To top it off here lately our servers have had no personality, I mean I feel like they went to the library and found the most shy people they could and said, «hey come be a server at Chilis». I understand up here in upstate NY this is «Mexican food», but we are from Texas; this is not the best. I feel bad for New Yorkers who have to think that this is Mexican food.

Beware Chillis will charge 1.99 entertainment fee if you tap anything on their table tablets having to do with games. Even if you don’t play. They do not tell you anything about the fee before you are seated. i enjoy this resturant but this is deceptive and underhanded.

As I sit here staring at my undesirable meal. I think to myself. I’m about to devour basket of blood and grease. My fries poured grease oil. My burger bleed some much you could get a pint of blood out of it, there is a BIG difference between RARE and MEDIUMRARE. Next late night visit I’m going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I would have liked to have had some food with my food. portions are pathetic. i ordered the Chicken Sandwich Lite with a side of fries. SAD! I never want to leave a restaurant with an appetite. My 8 year old polished of the cheeseburger and a paltry amount of fries. $ 10 for the burger or chicken sandwich. I could have spent $ 15 at Avicolli’s in Liverpool and gotten a Chicken Parm with spaghetti that you literally will have to take home a doggy bag. I highly recommend going to a mom and pop restaurant. Avicolli’s in Liverpool/Clay has incredible portions… Balloon’s in Auburn also has large portions, too! I am sure there are others, but the point is Chili’s is a chain and never again!

This was the first time I have eaten at Chilies and it was really good. I had a few drinks that were really tasty. Our server was fantastic. She gave us some great recommendations. I had their salmon dinner with rice and broccoli and it was cooked perfectly. Plus I tried everything that my family ordered. Their Mac and cheese made with polblano peppers topped with panko is a must try. Their mashed potatoes were ridiculously good. Its a baked potato mashed so chunky covered with bacon and cheese plus you have to try their hot pretzel’s with cheese dipping sauce. I think the pretzels lasted about less than one minute

I ate here on 2÷18÷2012 and service was slow(kitchen not waitress), my ribs were over cooked to the point of having charcoal on the back, mashed potatoes had an odd texture and no flavor. Not eating here again!

Been to several Chilis and most are pretty good. Not this one. Service was horribly slow even though there were few patrons. Food was mediocre, portions small, and coleslaw came frozen. Won’t be going back.
