Don’t ever go there for «coffee». It was awful. We had a few sips and then threw them away. If the customer service had been better than I would have went back and asked for my money but they had someone at the register who kept saying how confusing the job was and they had a long line.

Best cinnamon rolls ever. I tried something I’d never seen before (I don’t go to Cinnabon often) — a cup full of cinnamon roll centers. Yep, it’s JUST the centers of the rolls. Also, they didn’t have decaf, but the employee working there whipped it right up for me. Very nice.

Just to let you know… THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALL! I didn’t think they would. They stink and I wish I could return my gift card for cash. Shame on them!

All the employees lack customer service skills. Very rude to say the least. And don’t pay with a debit card, there system is so ancient it takes forever. Sometimes the cinnabons are OK but most of the time they’re overly greasy. I could see the yellow butter mixed in with the icing.

One of the only places you can find CINNABON nowadays, unless you want to drive down to Tacoma mall to get one.
Still a fan of the CARAMEL PECANBON and how it makes me feel like a chubby panda after consuming ¼ of it… hoo hoo…
