The team at Collision Pros is truly a professional outfit. Fast and thorough estimate, outstanding service, car looks like new, rental car pickup and delivery at their shop, friendly folks, returned car detailed inside and out, close communication on status of repairs and with insurance company, rental car pickup and delivery at their shop. Got two other estimates and Collision Pros beat both of them. You can’t do better than these people, so don’t waste your time.

My new Ford was in an accident and the entire front of the car was totaled. Collision Pros was amazing. First off, their costumer service was excellent. They did everything they could to help us out of a jam and gave us A+ service. My car looks perfect! It looks like nothing ever happened to it. The body work is perfect and so is the paint match. I took my older black Mercedes to this place and they did the perfect paint match. Their quality is top notch and their customer service definitely deserves five stars all the way around. They will pick you up, give you a loaner and your car will be done when they said it would be. Summer in the office is awesome! Very supportive and helpful with my situation, loaned me a car and put allot of effort into making everything right. The main disappointment was that it took over 4 weeks to complete the work and several follow ups to tend to little things.

The team at Collision Pros is really on top of things the moment you arrive. The repair on my Acura was excellent, done quickly, and they returned the car to me spotless inside and out. They even polished up my headlights.
The added convenience of having Hertz rental located literally 20 steps away with return service available through the repair shop itself puts this facility a full step ahead of anywhere else in town. Highly recommended.

Took my 2007 Accord in to have body work done after it was side swiped. They stayed late to meet me at the shop and had a rental car waiting for me. They went above and beyond — they sanded asphalt off my wheel wells which the dealership couldn’t even get off when I bought the car used. I highly recommend this repair facility. They do great work and have a high level of customer service.

Great service, great work, and it was done weeks before the estimated time. They assisted me with getting a rental car. Brian helped me out and was great. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and made it relatively painless. I would go back to them and highly recommend to anyone looking to have their car repaired.

I can’t say enough about collision pros! I brought my car in after I struck a deer and side rail. They were amazing. First off they gave me a loaner car (at no charge) the entire time my car was being repaired, went out of their way for me. Jeff was so professional and beyond helpful. I was away on vacation while my car was in their shop and he made sure to contact me and even sent me a photo of part of my car that I didn’t know was damaged. They work closely with insurance companies which makes it less stressful and saves the costumer time. After my car was done I went in to pick it up and it was perfect! My car is a pearl white and is very hard to match but these guys did! They did a more than perfect job. Also my fog lights were not working after I picked it up and I let Jeff know. He not only offered to order the lights which he did that day (wow) but offered to install them at no charge. Another thing that is great is that they have a lifetime Warrenty on their repairs! I can’t say enough and I highly recommend collision pros (Jeff is amazing!!!)

I am so pleased to see all the five-​star reviews for Collision Pros, because they deserve high marks. My experience with Collision Pros was outstanding from the start. Summer and Jeff were always on top of things. They made sure that I had a rental car and made it seamless. They were flexible when I needed to change appointment times. They updated me with photos as my repairs progressed, and they worked with my insurance company to handle all the paperwork and expenses due to an accident that was not my fault. As many others have said, my car came back in better condition than it was before my accident. The day of the accident, a friend of mine recommended Collision Pros. I was excited when I found out it was also the firm that was recommended by my insurer. Terrific service from beginning to end — thank you Summer and Jeff and Collision Pros!

By definition, body shop repairs are not «fun» — either you’ve been in an accident and are dealing with insurance companies or you dinged your car in a parking lot (as I did) and while not «major» it’s just enough to make your 1-​year old car look like a bit like a beater…
I live in Rocklin and had a bunch of choices, but based on a social acquaintance and these Unilocal reviews I decided to make the trek up to Auburn to get the body work on my car done at Collision Pros. The owner (Brian) is a straight up, honest, quality guy, and has the same integrity professionally. The personalized service that Brian and Jeff (the General Manager) provided was simply outstanding — they focus on both quality and customer service. They communicate throughout the process — their text messages indicating progress was also a nice touch. The work done was top-​notch, and the car was delivered with a great mini-​detail inside and out at no extra charge. And they offered me a free loaner for my rental — another great customer service feature!
Their 5-​star rating is well-​deserved — highly recommended!

Collision Pros are Pros! They are very professional and know what they are doing. They are the standard of customer service! I am so glad my insurance sent me to them, they helped me the same day of my accident. Summer was so helpful and able to accommodate to all my needs, she made me feel like my car was in great hands and kept me informed. They sent me text messages with pictures showing the status of my vehicle and when it would be done. They were extremely helpful when I had issues with my issuance and went above and beyond! His company was superb. The personalized service was the best we have experienced. Brian is very customer-​focused, he is all about providing quality customer service and providing excellent communication all along the process. The work done on the vehicle was exceptional, the car was delivered to us with a fantastic car wash in and out. They also took care of dealing with our insurance issues and making it a streamlined process. It makes getting in a fender bender almost tolerable! I recommend Collision Pros to all my friends now.
