this place has no customer service they truly only worry about who’s in and out of the fitting rooms then anything else I use to like shopping here but now I’ve moved on its not worth the trouble too bad they closed down anyway I guess that karma bus passed them bye beep beep

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE. I’ve had to come into the store TWICE to return a sweater. And I still didn’t get my money back because I didn’t have my card I paid with(which was compromised) but I had my recipt. Beyond pissed and I’m going to their corporate for their terrible customer service. This store shouldn’t be in business. Absolutely horrible.

Customer service is terrible over the phone. Ordered things that did not fit but in order to return them I’d have to spend $ 24 to get a refund of $ 12 just to ship it to them and pay for them to ship it back to me. I already paid $ 8 the first time and they won’t pay to ship me the right item. I wish I could give no stars. I won’t shop here again.

Love the prices here, they have a large selection of super cute clothes. The quality of some things isn’t the best but with the low cost I can just buy something else when it gets holes or discolors.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. This place was horrendous. The staff didn’t acknowledge my friends and I until we LEFT. The store was a pit. Can’t say I’ll return.

I like to shop there but had a horrible experience on my last visit. Deb Shop excells at stylish plus size clothing at reasonable prices. Their Customer Service stinks. My last visit had one person at the register and one person at the fitting room. That was fine while shopping but the wait to check out was 20 minutes long only to find out that the BOGO jean sale did not apply to colored jeans and denim even though both were merchandised on the same rack. I did try to call their customer service line and was given an email to contact someone. This email is not monitored and the email was returned to me three times because the inbox was full before I gave up. Though I like the store and I travel a great distance to shop there, I won’t return any time soon.
