I’m new to town, and service is polite and professional. I don’t get greeted by name and asked about my husband because the cashier doesn’t have that information. However, I’m called «ma’am» and the exchange is polite. The store hours are great, they have most incidentals one might need, and prices are reasonable.
The previous review seems as though it’s author’s feelings were hurt — it’s a store, a good one, and where one receives polite and professional service.
More than that is a luxury reserved for people who went through school with those who work there, and I can respect that.

Auburn, IL
Superlatively rude service (unless you’re a born-​and-​raised local) and outrageously overpriced merchandise. It’s worth driving ten minutes to the next town to shop in better stores. I would pay someone to kick me in the balls before I’d give even one more dollar to this miserable business.
