Dunkin’ Donuts

If you get an adult, your order will be right. If there is a kid at the window, you may receive a Big Mac and Large Fries instead of the hot coffee you’re looking for. Well, not a Big Mac but you might get a black coffee when you asked for cream and sugar. Or like I did today, I asked for an extra shot of espresso and when I got to the window he didn’t have it listed. So I got my coffee, without a turbo shot, and I asked him for it so he upped my price by a buck and gave me the coffee. Without the turbo shot. He said «I have no idea what that means, I never drank this coffee.»
So I got myself a Big Mac and he forgot the large fries.
Please hire some adults!

As far as DDs go, this is one of the more consistent ones. I usually get an iced coffee and it comes out the same nearly every time. Not a whole lot to complain about.
The Windows could have shades though. The late afternoon glare gets harsh at times.

It’s a DD. they can’t seem to get your order right unless you write it down, and even then they sometimes still muck it up. Seriously people how hard is a BLACK flavored coffee and a bagel?!

I am a DD coffee person; I don’t like Starbucks.
This particular location sucks.
Today makes 3 times recently that I’ve ordered a coffee and not gotten what I ordered.
I ordered a large pumpkin coffee regular.
Again today for the third time it was a plain coffee with no pumpkin in it.
The coffee is really hot at first, so I’m usually long gone by the time I discover their error.
I said something to the guy at the window after the second time this happened.
Obviously they don’t care if they get the order right or not.
Plus now he’s rude to me when I get to the window, he doesn’t speak to me, like he resents that I complained that they were not getting my order right.
I was not rude, nor did I raise my voice.
I guess he expected me to just say nothing and be happy with the wrong coffee?
I can’t count the number of times I’ve gotten to the window and they have had to ask me what I ordered.

Horrible service. I have visited this Dunkin several times and they always get my order wrong. It’s not difficult, small black coffee, plain bagel toated with butter. Each time they either get the drink wrong and put cream and sugar in it or, this last time, they got the coffee right and forgot about the bagel completely. How is this even possible?!

This DD has its ups and downs… more ups then downs for sure. The ladys at the window are always friendly except when they are not.
The coffee is more often fresh then stale and burnt. The inside is mostly clean then dirty.
So all in all check this place out!

Newly renovated. I like the new layout. this is our first stop when we head out north to the pike. good coffee and good customer service always too. the only thing that i dislike is the parking lot… only one way in and then you have to loop all the way around pass drive thru to get out… ugg, it’s a pain.

I like this one better than the one near park n shop. I seriously think that they did an overhaul on staff. I hated when I would go to the drive thru and they couldn’t get my order straight to save their life and to top that off, the lady at the window was always grumpy.
It has change. They get the order right, they have younger people in there doing the orders and they are very polite and NICE. Now, that is the way to start the day.

I have over 85 checkins at this Dunkin Donuts since March, 2011 (second to 125+ in Berlin, near where I work). But my last three experiences in a row have made me update this review.
It was a Saturday morning in June, and I wanted to be in Boston for 11am for a giant parade. So I planned my time accordingly, and go to this Dunkin Donuts at 9:45am. I went inside … and it was chaos. They were out of all kinds of donuts and stuff, the staff was not friendly, and it was almost 10:20am when I left. I understand it was a Saturday, but there were four or five people ahead of me. In Dunkin Donuts time, not good!
The next morning I had gone to this drive-​thru, having chalked up the day before to a bad day, it happens. Again, disastrous. The drive thru took more than 15 minutes on a Sunday! Again, out of all kinds of stuff.
I think management may have changed in there, but its really unfortunate. I don’t visit this Dunkins anymore, with 3 other Dunkin Donuts along my way. Still, it is the most convenient, but not worth the change is service there.

Its a coin toss at this d.d. its right near my work which is the only reason ive gone back. i ask for very little cream and my ice coffee 99% of the time gets handed to me looking like all cream. twice ive asked them to fix it and the second time it got handed back to me looking exactly the same. its just coffee not rocket science.

The drive thru always seems to be busy but moves fairly well. The staff here is usually friendly. Can’t comment on the inside as I can’t remember the last time I took my lazy butt out of the car.
They do have a wood bench outside with a lovely view of Route 12 for you to enjoy your coffee at.

I have been visiting this Dunkin Donuts since I was a teenager. Since then, I do not even have to ask for my beverage or food most of the time. Since I am regular, they know what I want and make it before I get to the counter.
To me at least, this is the ‘Cheers’ of Dunkin Donuts, since everyone knows my name and if you bacame a regular they may do the same for you. The staff is friendly and attentive, but I will let you know that this is a very busy branch and some times there can be a wait. The staff does work really hard to make sure everyone gets their order in a timely manner.
I have made some friends over the years at this branch, Nancy, Gina, Kyle, Rey, Horalda, Amy, Cody, Donna, and April just to name a few. They are all great people and work very hard.
The branch is clean, neat, always stocked and I enjoy the food! Check it out, if you have not already. :-)
