Only go here if you want to hate your face and yourself for being so stupid afterwards. Someone bought me a Groupon for radiesse for Christmas. It was injected into the folds around my mouth. Being that the nurse told me how qualified she was, I thought I was safe. Well… I now look like I have permanent cotton in my mouth. I have been doing everything I can to move it but to no avail. It’s permanent! At least for 18 months. Only go here if you really want to look permanently over injected and hideous.

I cannot fully explain how mesmerized I am at the patience and poise of the amazing staff at Elite MD. My first visit today I arrived very early and while sitting there witnessed a full room of patients, some demanding and impatient, yet I saw the staff there check everyone in and treat each person with respect an interest in getting them in and out promptly. When it was my turn I was inspired meeting Angela she is so knowledgeable and truly listens and recommends what services are best on an individual basis. The staff was very considerate and explained everything as well as talked to me about future consultations/services. I’m really thankful I got a chance to meet them today as it was the best part of my day. Thank you!

Purchased a Groupon for Botox at either El Dorado Hills or Auburn location. El Dorado Hills had more hours and days offered so I went there. Business name was not Elite MD so I was unsure if I was at the right place. Turns out I was, but I am unsure as to why no signs/paperwork indicated this as «Elite MD». Front desk people were great on the phone and at the desk. The RN who was to inject me with botox was very unprofessional. I have concerns as to IF she really is a RN in California. Receptionist had told me on the phone that a consult was required, but could be done prior to the treatment. Was taken into a room with the unprofessionally attired and attitude nurse. She asked me where I wanted the botox injection. I said I wasn’t sure. She then sarcastically said, «What? Did you just by a Groupon for Botox for the heck of it?» I replied, «No, but I thought as part of the consult, you would help advise me as to what and where I should have botox injected.» She rolled her eyes and handed me a mirror to look at myself and asked«What bothers you the most on your face?» I replied, «The skin under my chin, but I don’t think that botox can do anything about that.» She grabbed the mirror away and said she advises my crows feet. She then proceeded to use the mouse on her laptop to draw MY initials on a form and told me she was putting my initials on her form for me. She left the room and returned with 2 syringes with an unknown substance inside the syringes. I have no idea what was in the syringes, if they had been unopened and unused prior to my arriving and sterile? I asked her what she put my initials on? She said it was a consent form. I then requested a copy of the consent form that she initialed with MY initials. She huffed and puffed and said, «That is why I asked you!» Excuse me, what did YOU ask ME? She left with the syringes and returned with several pages of a consent form and said she couldn’t get me the SAME consent form she had on her laptop that she forged my consent via initials on, but I now needed to put my initials on multiple lines on the NEW consent form. In the meantime a foreign woman opened the door and introduced herself quickly as the physician in the practice. So me asking to VIEW and receive a copy of a consent form the RN forged was a red flag to the office and the physician hurried to make a presence to try to establish this place as legit. I read through the pages of the new consent form, initialed and signed it. She had the filled syringes in her hands still. I only wish I had walked out at that point. For all I know she injected Normal Saline with a contaminated needle or at best some mulit dose vial of botox that would be ineffective. RUNRUNRUN away from this practice. ANY real RN would know better than to not draw up medication to inject into a patient without the patient establishing that sterility was not compromised and that the correct & unexpired medication was what the patient purchased and consented to receive. Possibly when I asked for the copy of the consent she forged, she may have actually decided she better actually get the Botox to inject instead of 0.9% saline! This place, the Physician and Nurse should be reported to the State Medical Board.

I am so grateful for Dr Abangan! I have had awful patches on my legs for months and my GP was not helpful at all. I visited Dr Abangan last week and the patches are fading at an unbelievable rate! I will certainly go back and recommend her to anyone seeking a dermatologist!
