This is a grand house. It is newer than most BnB. The owner says there is 16,000 sq ft. The house itself is incredible. Furnishings, fireplaces, grounds, lighting, crystal and silver, hand carved wood. You will get a taste of life in a mansion. I went to dinner and returned to a turned down bed and cookies on china. Breakfast was incredible. Candle light, fire in the fireplace, soufflé’, parfait. Every aspect made me feel like a queen. I am going back in 2 weeks! I wish my travels took me here more often. The one negative is it is slightly hard to find and needs a good sign to guide you to it. Oh– watch out for deer, bunnies, and turkey. So much wildlife there.

We just stayed for our son’s graduation from Auburn University. I don’t know where to begin. Gary is by far the hostess with the mostess. Genuine southern hospitality. Lavish furnishings, sumptuous beds, and a breakfast like no other. He truly is a devote to loving mankind. It was an honor to be a guest. My only regret we did not know about this place sooner.

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding here this past Saturday. Gary and the FV staff were great to work with from the initial planning stages up through breakfast the morning after. Everything went so wonderfully smoothly, classy but laid back and fun at the same time. The flowers, food and cakes, all coordinated/recommended by Gary– perfect. My wife and I got to stay at the mansion for three nights. It was hard to leave such warm hospitality, great food and peaceful surroundings. We are out of daughters to marry off so we will have to come back just for fun!
