Four Lakes Apartments

Fourlakes is a great place to live. It’s very clean. Smoke-​free! the resent is reasonable and the staff are very professional. We lived there for one year and only moved because of work. I would recommend Fourlakes to anyone looking for an apartment — it’s a great community.

I’ve lived here for 2 months and the leasing staff and maintenance employees are professional, friendly, and prompt to respond to any issues.
After about a month of residing in my apartment, the new paint smell and carpet cleaning smell had worn off I started noticing animal smells from the previous tenant. I notified the leasing office and they sent someone out immediately to treat and clean the carpet. The smells were still noticeable after the cleaning. I went ahead and notified them again and they were quick to work with me to resolve the issue. They are sending the cleaning staff out again today to try other cleaning options. My guess is that the tenants before may not have notified the leasing office they had pets. I will update this review if necessary!
Apartment complex is well maintained and very pleasant to reside in. It is located walking distance from Haggen’s, several decent restaurants, and a couple of coffee shops. The neighborhood is quiet and clean.

Pros: I lived here for a few months as a transitional period between buying a house, and if it wasn’t for my big family and fulfillment of owning your own house, I would’ve stayed here. Granted the property is pretty new, the staff and maintenance were the best I have ever experienced; having lived in a couple other apartment community. I also liked that their fitness center being open 24hrs, and always felt going whenever because you needed to get through a couple gates and doors with a keycard to access the gym.
The property was also very well kept up, the grass looked like stepford wifes status, with the occasional pet stains, and the maintenance followed up with any issues I had in my apartment. Definitely will miss that living in a house.
Cons: Rent was a little high in my opinion. It’s completely non-​smoking but you’ll always find someone breaking he rules. The end.
