I was so impressed by Goldworks! I went in for the first time today and the customer service was excellent! They have a great selection of new and estate jewelry. I could have spent hours there. I felt so welcomed and all of my questions were answered. I’ll definitely be back!

Love going to Goldworks, in house repairs, and helpful, knowledgable staff. Reasonable prices for high quality jewelry. Lots of choices as well. Free jewelry cleaning anytime too– even if it wasn’t purchased there.

I’m a big fan of Goldworks and make a point of going any time I’m in the area. I am always in the market for well made vintage pieces and they’ve never let me down. One of my favorites is a lovely white gold pendant. Their customer service is so knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely has a family-​run feel. I adoringly creep their eBay page all the time. If only someone would buy me one of those rings!

A terrible place to shop for jewelry or get any repairs done. I brought a gold and diamond watch in to get repaired and was given a hard time by the sales associate. She demanded that I pay up front for a repair and then the owner told me“we don’t want your watch” when I explained that I wouldn’t pay up front for the repair. So they then stated they wouldn’t work on the watch and gave it back. But then when I examined it, there was a small diamond actually MISSING. These people are not reputable, avoid this place at all costs.

I went in there to get my battery replaced and I had a pin loose in my band so they put one in which I thought was great customer service. That was, until, she started grinding the pin down AGAINST the outside of my band and scratched it up. Very unprofessional and lazy!
