I wish there was a way to give this place a zero!
The manager treats women like crap. As if they aren’t acceptable to speak to. Leaves women standing For hours waiting on him to do something or bring your car, but will help a man immediately. Very sexist! Had two cars brought here. One for repair and the other a total. He didn’t want to give me my keys for the total so I could clean out my personal belongings. Then had a tech stand guard with me. I would never recommend this place.

Thank u all so much with your Services! i like how you arranged the geico rep, mechanic, and enterprise rent a car in order! Everything was so fast and people were welcoming and friendly! I waw able to drive myself to work on time! Geico called me to pick up my car Thursday. Thank u staff for everything and being taken care of! I love driving the Chrysler car very much!

They fixed my car, but came back with deep scratches that weren’t there before, had my car for almost a whole month and then something in the engine went out the same day i picked my car up after it was finally finished, still hard to believe it was coincidental, they didn’t offer me a ride to the dealership that was down the street. I ended up paying for the engine part that wasn’t cheap. I will not being going there again if i get into an accident.

They made a difficult experience easy. Had no problems… was in and out in a week which was less then I expected considering the damage. Was convenient to rent a car from them at a decent rate without having to provide an income statement, utility bill, credit card (non check card) and my first born child… like enterprise rent a car does. All in all they did a great job for me!

I have to say, this was the smoothest estimate getting experience I’ve ever had in my life. I drove up, asked for it, and it was like my wish was their command.
Even being a customer pay, I was treated well. Mark gave me a quick estimate, warning me of possible hidden damage that would drive the cost of repairs up and got me and the kidlet going on our way in less than half an hour.
Kudos, guys! I can’t wait to see how pretty my car turns out!

So I must say when I got the phone call that my car had been hit I wasn’t to excited about it. I also was told that my car had a scratch on it. When I got to it there was a hole in the bumper, headlight was busted, and there was damage to the hood and fender.
I was dreading the fact of setting up estimates and getting a loaner car. I drive for a living and it just did not seem like a lot of fun.
Thank god for Hinshaws and Geico. Its been the best experience ever When I arrived this morning there were two people claims guys waiting for me and my rental car was already there and the paperwork was done. It took all of 15 mins to do everything. Plus all the work Hinshaws does is guaranteed for life.
By three O’clock I had a phone call letting me know what the damage was and that it would be ready on Monday.
They have excellent customer service and are very on top of there stuff.
