So I have been on and off vaping for about a year. And I was having issues with my e-cig and I went to this location and when I was getting off my car I kind a broke it well took it apart and then I went in and the guy behind the counter was like oh that o k we can fix it give me a minute that I am with a customer and I said O K so I waited for a few minutes and then he finished with the customer and said oh that because this is pressed in and you need a new wick and let see if it works it did and my e cig is working awesomely. I will recommend this place to all my vaping buddies.

I love this store. I been to a lot of vape shops and this is my favorite by far. they are cheaper on almost all liquids and accessories which helps me because well who doesn’t want to save $$? Right The customer service is really the best part for me . Every time I have been in Jessica or Robert have always been really helpful and really cool to deal with. One time I was short a couple bucks and Robert pulled money out of his own pocket to cover my bill . I have never had a sales person do that for me . Robert also took the time to educate me on what was gonna be the best bang for my buck and how I should build my next set up. since I am still fairly new to the whole vaping game and industry. I have many vape shops closer to my house but I will always drive the extra 5 miles to come to this place. They take good care of their customers and will actually take the time to remember your name .This is my go to vape shop. In my opinion Robert and Jesica make this place great Two thumbs up from this vaper Peace out Big G

As a fairly vaper for 5 mo. and new to the area I am pleased to find a local vapor store with a good selection of items and local e-liquid that has just opened recently. I anticipate a lot more flavors and equipment in the future as the owners seemed extremely receptive to new suggestions. If you are a smoker here and be be wowed by the varieties of equipment and flavors available to you beyond gas station ecigs. If you are a new vaper then come here for all the local e-liquid available including those from banzai e-liquid(particularly the Coffee/Double Rainbow/Buddha Berry). If you are a long time vaper then at least come in and recommend equipment and juice as they do need to sell wick/wire for RBA/RDA. From what I have personally seen so far, Bellevue & Redmond needs somewhere where to vape and this should be it.

If I understand correctly, this store(or at least this location) hasn’t been open for too long yet. It seems to be going through some grand opening pains, but those should be easily remedied. For one thing, there was only one person on staff while we were there. One of us is a new vaper and needed her hand held a bit more, walked through things a bit more slowly, but this was impossible with even one other customer in the store. After all, staff can’t be in two places at once, helping both at the same time, right? The other issue is that the store was out of a lot of stock. Like, a LOT of stock. Maybe they’re still trying to get a handle on their inventory and ordering, but they are potentially losing customers by not having what they want to buy. Finally, while the girl behind the counter was helpful and pleasant, she didn’t seem to be particularly well-informed or knowledgeable. None of these things are deal breakers and, like I said, it could just be the growing pains of a new store, but since I don’t live in the area, it will be hard for me to go back in a few months to see if improvements have been made.

I bought an electronic cigarette device from these folks with the assurance from Sandra, one of the managers, that if I didn’t like it I could return it no problem. Well. I didn’t like it, so the first chance I got went to return it, only to be told that since it had been longer than 15 days they wouldn’t let me return it, only exchange it for another of the same device. With this deplorable level of customer service added to their markup(about 20% over Internet prices) and limited selection I recommend avoiding this store.
