Called earlier in the day to get the 411 on how getting a detail worked. Told the person on the phone that I would stop by after I got off work. Stopped in at 3:48 pm to get a bid. They were closed. Sign says they’re open until 5. Frustrating. Lost a customer. Will not recommend.

Let me start off by saying that I moved here 2.5 years ago from Las Vegas where the auto detailers came to your house with their own water buffalo and you could get a good wash and interior cleaning for $ 30.
Now with that being said, it has taken me all 2.5 years here to find JC’s and they do it right! I have driven my car all over between Auburn-​Tacoma-​Gig Harbor and have finally found a great place to have it detailed without all the hassle. JC’s employees are fast, efficient, and pleasant to do business with. They will most definitely be my go-​to place for my auto detailing needs! They take great care of my car!
