super nice people, but SLOW. Even for a very small job don’t be in hurry. I was trying to support local, but I could have gotten what I needed of Etsy in a just a few days and had it in time for event I needed it for. They did tell me it would take 10 days, I guess my optimism got the better of me:(

My experience with these guys started out really nicely but quickly fell apart. I went and bought two brand new jackets for myself for a new company(about $ 400 worth of jackets). I went in after they digitized the logos(which I paid for) and met with I believe, the owner, to look over color options and things. I paid to have them rush ordered and when I went to pick them up one was done with the wrong colors(he had written down the code wrong) and the other had the loose thread in the first letter. They told me the first letter was loose but there was nothing they could really do to tighten it. Then they put something on it that looked like super glue. I have worn that jacket TWICE and the loose threading on the first letter has started to actually come apart(and I wore it out at night — it’s not like I’m doing anything that would wear the jacket out that quickly — it hasn’t even been washed since I brought it back from them). The other jacket they did with the totally wrong color(totally unacceptable and not workable with the company logo/colors/look) they just threw their hands up and said there was nothing they could do. They weren’t interested in talking about paying me for the jacket they ruined even when I mentioned that on the phone. I have not shown them the second jacket but will be writing a letter and sending them pictures. If I get the appropriate service(reimbursement for the jacket they ruined and a fix to the jacket I currently have) I will update this review. Otherwise, as of right now, I’d recommend going to a bigger company that actually takes this stuff seriously and fixes things when they are responsible for the issues. I try to keep my business local as much as possible but this is just ridiculous. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

The new owner Ernie is great! I have used this business many times in the past and the ladies did a very nice job but this guy goes all out to ensure your job is done when you need it. I brought jackets in to be embroidered, last minute of course, right before Christmas and Earnie made sure I had them in time. I then needed some polo shirts embroidered and only had 3 days to get them done. Ernie not only ordered the polo shirts for me at ½ the price of anywhere else in Auburn, he had them embroidered in time. Both jobs have been perfect! Great job!

My daughter needed a Varsity Jacket and I had no idea how expensive they have become. One of the reasons a Varsity Jacket can be so costly, is the custom embroidery services needed. First, there is the School logo and mascot that must be custom embroidered for the back of the jacket. Then, they need to sew all of the custom thingys on the letter(two varsity sportsand varsity choir, for example). Then they have to sew the letter on the front of the garment. Finally, the students name is embroidered in their choice of scripted font, and then they sew the team captain«star» in its appropriate place. Depending on the amount of stitches needed, the cost of a Varsity Jacket can be over $ 250 and can approach $ 300. Despite the above, the ladies who run this place seem very nice and have a great reputation in the area. They don’t advertise, but all the schools use them locally(Placer HS, Colfax HS, etc).
