Employees using the bare hands on cooked foods. One of them, a blonde wearing worn out yoga pants that she obviously used to wipe her hands on spilled the fountain tray she was cleaning with some window cleaner chemical went and grabbed a mop to clean her mess. But at no time did I see her take time to wash her hands before going back to the kitchen. I asked the one lady to clean a table, which she did than I heard the other one tell her to tell me, next time just tell her we’re busy! Terrible. Really grossed me out knowing they’re handling food with bare hands. Not eating here again anytime soon.

We pulled into the drive thru to order, and two very different voices(male/female) kept taking turns taking our order and so much loud voices and laugher in the background. We saw the people ahead of us also struggle to order. Once we got to paying, our food was violently swung out to us; as it hit the side of our car. And the employee shut the window and walked away. We didn’t get half of our order! We paid for full combo and only got half. As locals we use to grab a quick dinner to go here, but it may be worth driving elsewhere. I tried to call the manager using the number on the receipt, where we got three beeps and it disconnected. Also the google/yelp number is the same.(**BAD #** 2539391090) Either they are so busy with complaints I cant get thru or that’s a bad number. BS. Management/operations needs to get it together.

Fried chicken sucks here, it’s full of idiots who keep chicken on racks for hours. No one cares. Go to Fred Meyers or Safeway. Ir even better, go to Rainbow Café.

If I could give this establish a 0 star, I would! Second time ever to this specific restaurant, the food is cold, old and soggy! I called and spoke with the assistant manager«Dakota» and she explained to me that if the food is not cooked correctly and oil drained the right way, then yes the food would become soggy. That does not explain the old and cold part thought. She told me to come in for a refund. I tried to come in to receive my refund and the manager«Arvins» refused to listen to what I was telling him. With a restaurant full of people told me «You are a liar and just trying to get free money!», then told me to come back when Dakota was working and see if she would give it to me! WTF is the extactly face I gave him… it’s a $ 6.01 refund, he was acting like I order tons of meals & wanted my money back. I will NEVER refund to another KFC.

Don’t eat here. While I was waiting for my order, a man brought back a bucket of chicken saying it wasn’t fresh. Keep in mind that the man had left the establishment with this chicken. The manager argued with him, replaced his bucket and put the chicken the man brought back in the oven to serve to other customers. I requested a refund as did the other customers in the store once they heard me explaining to the manager why I wanted the refund.

I pulled up to the Drive-Thru and the speaker did it’s normal speech about their specials. I sat for about a minute waiting for the actual cashier to respond. Nothing. So I said«Hello??» And the young sounding female finally just responded«Hi». I order and found out they had a 5 minute wait for my order of chicken strips. I agreed to wait so I paid and pulled outta the way… about 8 minutes later a guy came out with my food. Order was correct and hot so even though the wait sucked, it was worth the wait for some tasty chicken.

Drove into an empty drive through and sat about 5 minutes. Finally a teenage girl asks for my order. I give it to her(3 piece meal, that’s it) and it takes her another couple of minutes to even bother to respond. Finally after a few long pauses inbetween each comment I made, I get told that there aren’t any breast pieces ready and it would take 15 minutes. Fine, I thought, and I asked for the breasts to be swapped with something else. Then I find out that they ONLY have chicken wings available. I hadn’t even been asked HOW I would like it to be prepared, so that means they were out of everything. I told her I’d just come in. Went inside and the place didn’t even look like it had been swept all day, there were still half-eaten food stuffs on the tables, and two of the four employees I encountered had no gloves on while working with the food and were scrapping a cooking top with a flattened out family meal bucket. At least these two were in uniform. I said hello after NOONE saying anything to me or making a move to help me for a couple of minutes and the blonde(wearing a tasteful green near mid-drift and some jeans) finally turned around, looked at me, and then turned back to the conversation she was having with some guy in he drive through. She did, however, call for another chick from the back. This time, I got treated to dealing with a late teen, early twenties something girl wearing a beige tank top and sporting jeans. I asked again about the chicken and was told they were out after she went to a warming cabinet in the front, opening it and revealing the mostly empty cabinet. I was told that Fred Meyer’s down the road might have some chicken. Didn’t bother to even yell at any of these four because, seriously, I am trying to be optimistic that none of these morons are managers. If they were, this is the WORSTKFC I have ever seen or been to. TL/DR: Gross, unhelpful, took ages, unprofessional, and OUTOFSTOCKOFALLCHICKEN. ITS A KFC!!! How do you NOT have chicken?

We pulled into the drive-thru with my boyfriend telling me that the last time he came to this location, they were out of original recipe chicken. Well that must have given us bad luck or something because then we place our order… and the woman tells us that they only have extra crispy or grilled and, if we want original, it will be a 20 minute wait. SERIOUSLY? So we go with extra crispy because we are starving and want chicken. When we get home, the food is fine(although it isn’t original recipe!), but there was no honey or butter for our biscuit. Gee, thanks!

Chicken… what more can I say. Local KFC. Average place. I love the original KFC chicken but it doesn’t love me. I love it even more later for breakfast. They have the 10 piece for Susan G Komen foundation foe $ 20. Decent buy. The place is easy to get in or out and the staff is friendly.
