I’m in alot of pain and I was calling a dentist in the area with the same phone number except one number off and I accidentally dialed this number. Instead of playing it off and being good natured about it the receptionist was rude and short with me. Not really a good idea for business as the first person you speak to sets the impression for the visit. I know everyone has off days, but like I said the first person you speak to sets the tone for future visits. If I were a patient and was treated like that I’d find someone else to go to.
