Lively Locks & Dead Bolts

I have used this company for years and Mike is always prompt, courteous and fairly priced. I have several rentals so I use him every now and then. Wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Mike showed up on time, did a great job and was out in minutes. He made helpful suggestions and even helped me out with a broken door knob and lock. I would highly recommend this company if you want great service.

Stay clear of Lively Locks and Dead Bolts! I rarely feel threatened, but definitely did with this company. Owner called and yelled at me as he had written down a Tuesday to do deadbolts on our rental when I had specifically asked for the Wednesday. I quickly headed over there anyways and from the moment I arrived he was angry and yelling at me that «I» had the day wrong etc etc. At the end when I handed him the check and told him that was the worse treatment I have ever received as a customer he started getting so violent yelling at me that I asked him to get off my property and I locked myself into my rental. What happened to the customer is always right? Even so, I arrived within 5 minutes of his call, even though I had not asked for that day. I have never been treated so threatening before. Do NOT use him, scary when he’s a locksmith!
