Loft is a go-​to shop for work clothes (or casual clothes if you are fancy). They have tons of cute office-​appropriate tops, pants, dresses, and accessories. The only issue is that everyone shops here so there’s a strong chance you’ll see someone wearing the same thing.
Loft loves sales. I don’t come here on the regular, but when I pop in, there always seems to be some deal going on. Like today, it was 50% off nearly everything. I scored some slacks at a steal. Hooray!
The salesladies are pretty friendly. I’ve never needed anything too involved from them, but they seem nice enough. The dressing rooms and floor are kept tidy too.
If you don’t already have it/don’t want it, staffers always try to pimp out their Loft card when you’re paying. Just be warned.

Worst customer service in all of my Ann Taylor shopping history! I got better customer service from a Loft in an outlet mall, where each associate juggles 2 – 5 customers at a time and still manages to remember your name. They completely ignored me and when I asked for a dressing room I was told to help myself. Don’t worry though, they still managed to try to shove their credit card down my throat when I was ready to pay.
I love shopping at both Ann Taylor Loft and Ann Taylor, but I will NEVER shop at this location again.
I would understand if they were swamped with customers or even if they were tasking, but I was the only person in the whole store and they were just talking boys up at the registers, which also isn’t a huge deal to me but they couldn’t even say hello when I walked in. Unacceptable.

I love this store. I love a large portion of their clothes, but I wish more of the «online exclusives» could be found in store – I’m the kind of girl who needs to try things on!
The staff is always extremely friendly – they start dressing rooms for you, and are willing to go get you a different size in something you’re trying on. They’re also great about looking up my Loft credit card, as I always forget it. I was especially happy with the promotion they were having – based on the amount I spent, I got $ 100 in savings cards that I can use starting June 3 (provided I don’t lose them/​forget about them/​tear them off of my receipt).
This is definitely a smaller store, but it’s attached to the mall, which is probably why. I’ll be back soon to use my savings cards!

This store had a lot of small sizes to choose from. I was in petite size 00 shopping heaven. I ended up buying alot of things for a really great price. I found a pair of shoes for $ 6. Not bad I might say. I ended up dropping about $ 200 at this place.
The two staff members who were working the store helped me find my sizes. I was able to pick a lot of pants out from the items that they gave to me. Although I didn’t buy all of them, I did pick up a few things.
I’ll come back again if I am in the area.
