The worst customer service I have ever received at Macy’s. Even asked to speak to a manager and she was very rude and inconsiderate. A smile goes a long way. I didn’t ask you to work here.

Macy’s HOME STORE: I used to really enjoy Macy’s Auburn. NOT TODAY. The clerk messed up the transaction. I asked that a manager come to review the transaction to be sure my credit card was not charged twice. After a LONG wait, she showed up and showed me ‘the cancellation’. I left. On my way back to work, the clerk called and said indeed my card was twice and that I needed to come back! (I’m steamed by now!) So I take more time from work, go back, fix the transaction AND ask for a gift certificate for my trouble. The make me WAIT ANOTHER 15 minutes, hoping I’d leave because they took sooooo LONG. NEVER AGAIN will I use the Auburn Macy’s store… Customer Service? NonEXISTENT! Oh it gets even better! Today I tried to use the gift certificate the Store Mgr. gave me to purchase some towels on line. NOT. Come to find out the certificate is good ONLY in the store that gave me such LOUSY service. SERIOUSLY Macys? THIS is how you keep customers happy???

This is a very nice and well organized store in the Auburn mall and the sales person I dealt with (bill) was a very nice and very usefull employee who helped me pick out a suit for my cousins wedding. If you open up a macys rewards card you save alot of money as well. The prices are kind of expensive but its really good quality clothing… and then if you need any houseware they have a really big selection there too.

This is quite possibly the worst Macy’s I have ever visited. It is situated in the terrible Auburn Mall and the setup and the staff reflect how bad this store is. The men’s departments contains an awful selection and the brand names look like they cater to the area, which is not the best. Skip this location and drive 30 minutes east to hit the one in Natick. This location will be closed soon!
