I’m so happy to see that the Middle Eastern place from 14th and U (used to be called 24⁄7) has reopened just a block from the original location. They’re now at 1501 U Street, NW, where Cake Love Café used to be. They have a full coffee bar with drip and espresso/​cappucino-​style coffees now, which is a big plus. They also have a great menu of old and new specialties. I had the hummus appetizer platter and a chicken shawarma (wrap) for lunch. Delicious! Even better, they have wifi. This is definitely going going to become my favorite weekend eat/​work/​drink coffee spot!
