Miyagi Gymnastics Academy

My daughter and son have been going to miyagi gymnastics for about 6 months now and they have loved every minute of it! My daughter is now there 4 hours a week and looks forward to going every time.
They watch the kids carefully and are very very organized. The coaches have always been excellent and the kids love them. When miyagi himself coaches the kids get an awesome workout and they love being pushed!
We love it there!

We went to Miyagi’s today for the first time to attend their open play which is for 5 years and under. My kids are 1 and 3. They both loved it and there was a lot to do and explore. They had a separate area with a table to have a snack if needed which was convenient. The cost is $ 5 per child for 90 minutes of free play. I deducted two stars because when we arrived I went to the front desk to sign in and pay and was rudely told «we don’t accept credit cards.» This was extremely frustrating as that policy is NOT currently on their website (I checked last night) and we drove 30 minutes to attend a group play date at their facility. The two people at the desk were rude and unsympathetic not to mention unapologetic when my 3 year old started crying and I mention the lack of information on their website. As I was leaving, both kids now crying, the lady mumbled she would talk to the lady who runs the website. I certainly hope she does. Fortunately a friend of ours was there and had extra cash, which completely saved the day and turned things around.

My children (son and daughter) love classes at Miyagis. There has been a huge improvement in my daughters coordination. My son is building up strength, and just thinks the class is fun. They seem very organized, and super friendly. My kids get quite a work out! I think it is helping with all the other sports my children participate in through out the year. I highly recommend them.
