The manager Stephanie thinks she knows everything there is to know about cars and is super rude over the phone almost every time I call O’reillys.
She’s rude to customers as well and has a really negative attitude all of the time.
Honestly, this store isn’t worth my time and I suggest to others to go to autozone right up the road.

The employees are down to earth people that actually talk to you like human beings. They don’t follow some cliché customer service script so it is refreshing to actually talk to someone and not listen to some nonsense customer service script.
Fair prices and the employees have good knowledge. Only problem is that I was sold a battery that was too small for my car and I was told it would be fine. Turns out it started leaking acid and became a problem. Just make sure to keep your receipts to avoid any issues with a product that may not be compatible.
Overall the down to earth service makes this place great. It’s a nice relaxing environment they set here.

Had a great experience there, the employees were helpful as could be and enthused to assist me as soon as I entered the store. They quickly tested my battery for me and suggested a replacement. They also found a warranty I didn’t even know I had on my car battery. It is nice to walk away from buying car parts and knowing the person you bought them from had your best interest in mind. Thanks again guys.

This business understands and practices customer service. Stopped at another nearby auto parts business for wiper blades and was ignored. Came to O’Reilly’s and was treated promptly, courteously, and efficiently. The sales person even volunteered to install them for me.
