Went here 2 nights in a row(on a Friday and Saturday night) because I am pregnant and pizza sounded wonderful so I went back the next night too. If you are celiac, Papa Murphy’s definitely has the best gluten free pizza other than a pizza I had in Ocean Shores. Both nights even though it was busy and I didn’t call ahead I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Only reason they get 1 less star is because the pizza is somewhat pricy. All gluten free pizza is a little more expensive but I wish that for the size of the pizza it was a little cheaper.

I have bought pizza at this location for years. Recently, I began going on $ 10 Tuesday’s. I always order the same thing– one large pizza and one gluten free pizza(which they charge a bit more for due to it being G. F) About a month ago they started refusing to give me the gluten free pizza for $ 10. Their reason? It only comes in medium. Ok «make it in large». The managers response«oh, sorry we can’t do that, you have to pay more for a medium plus the charge for GF, but you can get the large for $ 10.» Really, does anyone have a brain? I’m so tired of establishments gouging those of us who have to have GF for medical reasons. I no longer will be a customer of M Street Papa Murphy’s.

They do not have a family size listed on the menu nor do they have pizza sizes on the wall to see so you don’t know how many slices are on each size. Plus they do not take the 2 dollars off coupon that say it’s off any pizza any size.

Pretty much every Pappa Murphy’s has the same great pizza. This location has great service. Order their daily special or use their coupons to keep the price reasonable, and phone ahead so you don’t have to sit and wait.

I have been a customer of the«M» street Papa Murphy’s MANYMANY years now and have always been pleased with the service and products… Until recently. The assistant manager… Cecelia I believe… Is the worst assistant manager I have ever seen. That last few times I have been in there while she was working, she was standing around texting on her phone with a lobby full of guests. On one occasion, her poor staff asked for help and she said«I’m busy» and walked into the back of the store. On another occasion, I witnessed her belittling an employee for being late in front of customers and other staff members. As a manager in the food industry myself… I would never dream of treating my staff the way she does. I will not be returning to this location and will travel to the South Auburn Papa Murphy’s where they are more professional!

You know what to expect from Murph’s pizza. I’ve gotten at least 100 pies from here and they’ve only ever messed my order up once and I’m not even certain it was truly a mistake(maybe they were just out of pineapples). As far as the service goes, the longer term employees are great and always serve with a smile. However, I’m sure they have a lot of turn over here. My old neighbor was a junkie and I know he worked there for about three weeks before the fired him.

Here it is, almost 3 years since my original review and I’m pleased to say that this is still the best Papa Murphy’s in the area. I’ve found that the old Ghorm’s location on Kent East Hill is not nearly as good(diluted sauce and skimpy toppings) and the Covington store also has problems, despite it being owned by the same franchisee. They’re very accomodating to my special requests and the pizza is likely as good as the chain gets. Apparently, the old manager(whom no one seemed to like) is no longer running the store directly and the atmosphere seems more relaxed. Keep up the good work!

Well the pizza might be good but be employees are completely unprofessional(even by fast food standards) and rather incompetent. We asked if their creamy garlic sauce had gluten in it and the cashier replied«everything has gluten in it except the gluten free crust.» I was pretty surprised by this answer, so I asked about their marinara and she said again that everything in their menu has gluten except the GF crust and vegetables. By this point I assumed that she had no clue what gluten was, so I asked if she had a listing of allergens(like many restaurants have available) and she pointed to the take out menu – an exact copy of the other menu I was looking at. I researched online and was able to find an allergen menu and then ordered. While waiting for our pizzas, we saw them mess up two pizzas for other customers, have personal and inappropriate conversations between employees, and even yell obscenities to the back room. This experience was disappointing, even for Auburn. Oh and ps, none of their sauces or toppings have gluten ingredients.

Best take and bake pizza in the area! Kind of pricey considering they don’t have to bake it. On the other hand it comes with freshly made toppings and they definitely don’t skimp on them either. They also have specials and coupons all the time. We like The Cowboy and Chicago style stuffed crust best. The service has always been prompt and friendly. The Cowboy has sausage, cheese, olives, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Definitely a pizza for carnivors. If you are health conscious there are some veggie options as well but I don’t know what they are in great detail because I like meat!

If you are planning on ordering on line forget it and I have little confidence it is limited to this one store. Ordered today and arrived 15 minutes after the requested time and not only was the order not ready, they either didn’t know what I was talking about or hadn’t bothered to look at the internet for orders. The lead person said they didn’t have ability to read or print out the order and had to read the order from my smart phone. How much did you pay to develop the online order system? Additionally I would have to say that the 3 man crew were some of the most unhappy individuals who didn’t want to be there I have had to encounter in a retail environment. If that’s the best you can do I would keep my doors shut. I am coming back to this store? Not a chance.

Probably some of the best pizza I’ve tasted. I like how they make it in front of you so you can take it home and cook it yourself. I also like their little desserts and how they have rewards for kids that are doing good in school.

Pizza the way you want it for a price that won’t hurt your wallet. Our normal order is the Stuffed Chicago with Mozzarella only(because Cheddar is nasty) and extra sauce. You can almost always find a coupon to save yourself a couple of bucks. I bought the anchovies from them once. But whatever brand they carry was nasty… and I love me some chovies on my Pizza Yo! Also like to pick up a couple of pizza’s when we are having Pool Parties during the summer. An inexpensive way to satisfy almost everyone.

You got to love Papa Murphy’s… It’s a once a week treat for us. We love the cowboy and the de-lites. We live right behind Papa Murphys. And there always nice when we go in. Thanks to all the staff.

This is the worst Papa Murphies I have ever ordered from. Plan on 15 to 20 min to pick up a pizza you ordered over the phone. Be prepared to stand in a line while the employees hang around and chat. While I waited behind 2 people, 1 guy took 5 calls and waited on the people while the other 2 employees refilled the bins and chatted. The manager was not there and when I called to let him know how awful it was he hung up on me after a couple min. I will never go back.

WOW! Where do I begin… The«M Street» Papa Murphys has been my primary location for almost 5 years. We frequent this store at least twice a month and my «customer service» experience is hit or miss, usually a miss, and is mostly driven by the store manager Andrew. RUDE is the nicest word I can use to describe how he is to his customers AND his interaction with his employees. It has gotten so bad that I have to send my husband to do our pick ups because I am so beyond floored in the way I see him treat his employees and his customers, including myself. The times Andrew is not in the store his employees have openly spoken of what a horrible manager he is. TODAY(1÷23÷13) was the icing on the cake– I was not greeted by ANY of the three employees that were working, one of which was Andrew. As I was coming in he, was on his way out the door for what looked like a garbage run, leaving the other two employees in the store– neither of them greeted me or stepped up to take my order. After a few minutes Andrew came back into the store and took my order. Never once smiling, saying hi, sharing with me the specials. I ordered two pizzas, a salad, 2 Lt soda and cookie dough. I was the only one in the store and it took over 10 minutes for my pizzas to be made with TWO people working on them! At one point I had questioned the lady that was working on my pizza why there didn’t seem to be alot of pepperoni on my family size pepperoni with pineapple, and from across the store Andrew begins to answer for her WHILE he was with another customer. I see by the look on the girls face she was very embarrassed, but not surprised that Andrew was doing all the talking. As my final pizza was being made and about to be wrapped I asked the lady, again who was making my pizza, if I could get some Parmesan herb sprinkled on top and AGAIN from across the store, while with a customer, Andrew chimes in with«If you want to pay for it!». I understand that there are charges for some things, mind you I have never been charged for the parm. herb sprinkles, BUT as a store manager especially I would expect a more professional way of communicating these things to your customers AND your employees. More importantly don’t do your correcting to your employees in front of your customers. Pretty sure this was the last straw for me and I will not be back to this location and unfortunately for me the next closest one is much farther than this location, but being treating like a valued customer is more important to me than the mileage. I hope for the sake of his employees that you reintroduce Andrew to some customer service training and a «how to» video on smiling… that sure goes along way. Only rease I am even gving two stars is becuase I feel so sorry for the employees that have to work that horrible«man»

Solid take-n-bake. Decent prices. Friendly staff. Overall, MUCH better than Papa John’s, Domino’s, or Hut.

I have been picking up pizza for kid’s parties here for many years. Whenever there are too many kids at my house I just stop by here instead of kicking them all out. The pizza is OK but nothing really special. I like the cheesy bread so I usually buy that and get so full on cheesy bread that we have a ton of extras. The best thing about this place is the price. The cheapest way to feed a bunch of kids and they are always happy. The worst part of this place is the traffic. You can really only leave the place going South which is really a pain if you live North.

I’m a big fan of the take and bake pizza. The pizzas here are good and pretty cheap. The service is hit or miss at this location but tonight it was good.
