Great customer service, had issues with our all-​in-​one printer. Jeff explained that’s the cost to replace the broken part was just about the same cost of a new printer. So, I walk out with a new printer. Couldn’t be happier.

Jeff and his staff have always been patient and considerate in trying to resolve my many laptop problems, including, among other things, checking the hard drive and installing Internet security. Jeff is generous with his time and does not always insist on payment for it, which is a very good business practice to guarantee return customers. He has also been honest enough to make sure I could still send my computer back to the manufacturer for warranty repairs, which saved me a lot of money. Although there is sometimes a bit of a line in which to wait for service, it is well worth the wait, as Jeff and his team will make an effort to help you the best they can.
