I’m torn. I’d like to say 4 stars, but this location doesn’t actually DO the dry cleaning on the premises. It ships it off to Fort Wayne, I believe. That’s kinda inconvenient from a timing perspective, so I guess I’ll go with a «qualified» 3 stars. They pros are they have a drive through window (convenient especially if you have small children with you) and they have at least one very friendly, personable, kind person behind the counter (yea for Suzy!). Picking up dry cleaning is never my idea of fun, but this particular person is so nice to talk with that it’s not such a chore. That should probably make it 4 stars right there.
The prices were reasonable to me. $ 12 for two pairs of pants cleaned and pressed. Not inexpensive, but not outrageous. I just wished they did the cleaning on-​site. I think we dropped the pants off on a Thurs. afternoon and didn’t get them back til Monday afternoon. To me, that’s definitely minus a star. If you drop them off by 11am that helps b/​c then the truck can take it into Ft. Wayne that same day, but they said it’s still a 2 day turn-​around.
In the end, they did a nice enough job, so we will go back, especially given the friendly customer service. You also earn points for each visit. 1 point per dollar spent. Spend $ 100 and get $ 10 off (I believe). Hours at this location are M-​F 7am-​6pm and Saturday 9am-​1pm.
