Professional businessmen and Landlord’s BEWARE!!! This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever heard of, and might I add, being an RN, I’ve dealt with businesses of this nature for many years! This agency does not, or perhaps those who work for it are incapable of reading tenant agreements and following 1^st grade instructions. To make matters worse trying to obtain signatures for their clients paper work is like trying to pull a tooth without anesthesia, and if that weren’t already enough you can expect a rent check many, many days after the client is sweetly nestled in. Hopefully, they’ll send the right amount the first time around, but don’t count on it!!! Summary? Do not do business with Placer County Public Guardian/​Conservator!
