Polished...exclusively nails

Once you get your nails done at Polished you will never go anywhere else. Cheri and Cinnamon are great at what they do. They take their time and use quality products. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done.

I found out about Polished on Unilocal while I was frantically looking for a nail salon before leaving on vacation. After leaving a message, Cinnamon called me back the next day. I had already called a couple of other places and they couldn’t fit me in. Cinnamon accomodated my short notice and though it was a later appt, she didn’t rush through. My first impression of the salon is the spa smell. Love it! Cinnamon is professional, does a very thorough and detailed job and I felt pampered. The service is worth the fee. Wish they’d take credit cards (the Square is such a low rate now), but glad I noticed that ahead of time.

I have been getting manicures and pedicures from Cheri for at least 10 years now. I loved her work so much I followed her from salon to salon throughout Auburn. Whenever she moved salons Cinnamon (co-​owner) moved with her. They each had their own clients but worked as a team filling in for each other when needed. Both of them do a fabulous job. When I heard they were opening Polished and it would be just the two of them and just nails I was so excited. No more squishy rooms to get pedicures, no more icky gossipy salon, no more blow dryers screaming, just a beautiful, peaceful place to get your nails done. The salon itself is quaint and tres chic and knowing these gals I wouldn’t have expected anything less. Their prices are very reasonable and they have recently started using a line of polish called shellac which stays on for 2 weeks and get this, it drys immediately. I’m serious, you can dig in your purse right after a manicure and grab your keys with no worries. It’s awesome! Real manicures seem to be a dying art with all the quickie salons on each corner but Cheri and Cinnamon are keeping it alive. I highly recommend them and don’t think you will be disappointed.

This is a great place to have your nails done. I’m so hard on my hands, but Cinnamon takes the time to do them right!

I have gotten my nails done twice by Cinnamon at Polished. I found this cute little shop walking around downtown auburn. Its a super duper fab location, next to a bank and ideally set in the downtown area at the clock tower. I don’t normally get my nails done and knew I didn’t want to go to another asian nail chop shop… they are just so toxic with all those icky fumes. So I gave Polished a call, having decided that having more attractive hands and nails had been on my new years goals list. I received a call back promptly, and discussed what I was looking for — a very natual nail and something to help my nails not peel. Cinnamon was able to get me in within a few days and told me about this great new gel OPI product. Its super duper natual and doesnt harm your natural nail, instead it works WITH it to help your own nails grow. They also only use «icky stuff» free polishes. I was super duper sold after my first appt. In the shop its Cinnamon and another nail girly girl, whos name I don’t know but she seems friendly enough. The salon is nice and stylish and the prices are super reasonable. It cost me 30 $ for an hour of nail work and my nails only need to be done ever other week. I was sooo impressed with how great my nails looked, and do look, that I went back… which I dont often do. Its also soooooo nice to be able to chat about anything and everything with a really nice late 30something woman with a good head on her shoulders… Cinnamon.
I also posted that I am sure the shop is wheelchair accessible. There is a ADA complient ramp to the building… beyond that, I can say that I am sure the bathroom is not accessible but everything else is.

Great nail salon! They use eco-​friendly nail polish that is safe for you and the environment! Very sweet and friendly staff! Highly recommend, definatly worth the money!
