A++ 100% front to back, Chris mgr. Scott field organizer, Chris’s crew in store employees, are bar to none, helpful, courteous, and make you feel like family. If you don’t go through Pools and Cues, you will experience a lack luster relationship. They care and believe in their product, their customers, and quality of professionalism. I strongly recommend them. Being unfamiliar with a hot tubs, they make sure you are well informed through the procedure of getting you where you need to be. Under Pool and Cues recommendation they referee me to Bill Marco Electrician, who was absolutely professional, he returned phone calls, texts messages, and work his schedule for me. Whether it is spa supplies or my pool cues or darts and supplies, the service is exceptional! I have purchased darts for my wife and myself about 2 years ago. The service I was given by Devon brought me back when I needed to replace my 40 year old cue stick. They carry the major brands and will custom order what you need. I play McDermott exclusively and again Devon has not let me down, before or after the sales. When I needed a part for our old Saratoga spa, Pool Cues & Spas had the obscure part. The Saratoga is being replaced now. So who do you think I went to see to purchase it’s replacement? That is right! I called Devon & asked him what his schedule was and told him I would be in a the shop in a half hour. I had given him preliminary information like pad size, and how many seats, etc. When I arrived I was promptly and professionally greeted, as is the norm here! He had some recommendations and within an hour we were custom crafting our new Dimension 1 hot tub. Pricing and service has been exceptional. I just received a call stating that our new. Spa would be arriving in a week to 10 days. Am I excited? YES! Do I expect delivery and setup to go smoothly? We are already more than 2 weeks ahead of our schedule. I personally recommend Pools Cues & Spas to my friends in the pool leagues and to anyone I know in need of Pool or spa supplies. I carry their business cards on me Can I say more? Yes but it would be redundant. Go to Pools Cues & Spas, you will not be disappointed!

I have been going to Pools and Cues for the past several years. They are knowledgeable, polite, and always willing to help. We have purchased pool ladder, motor for filter and all our supplies. Everytime I go in I am greeted with a big hello! This year, due to the weather, our above ground pool collapsed. We went to Pools and Cues in March and met with Chris. He took his time to explain everything we needed to know and things I didn’t know I needed to know! Very patient. We were contacted by Chris when it was time to schedule the installation. The date was set and their wonderful crew of Sean and Nick took great care and considerable time to make sure this replacement pool would NEVER succumb to a New England winter. I can only say great things about this group.

well a lot of complaints on Unilocal,but when you get tired of not finding what you need at namco, or paying through the nose at Leslies’, these folks have it in stock for a better price. i’ve maintained my pool for 40 years now. i’ve managed to find some obscure filter parts here, where other shops would require you buy a complete new assembly and not just the small peice you need. i’m not looking to make friends at every store i go into. although, personally, i’ve never had an issue here. maybe if you don’t have a chip on your shoulder when you enter things will go better for you.

Called the store to ask if the could re-tip my pool cues & the guy on the phone was completely aggravated. Decided to look on Unilocal after the fact & obviously this is common practice to be rude.

I agree with Adriana! I was given a gift card from my Real Estate Agent after buying a new home in Charlton. I have a 20×40 in ground pool. So the filter needed a PVC ball valve replaced as it was leaking. I called and gave them the information and was told that the valve would be $ 21 and change. The gift card was for $ 50 so I figured why not and that I could check this place out and perhaps this was going to be the beginning of a long term relationship with them seeing how I will need to maintain my pool at a minimum for 30 years or so. When I arrived at the store I walked in and was distracted by the old building that it I in. The temperature in the show room was awful! Humid and hot… no AC! Then it occurred to me that I would likely not buy any pool cue sticks as the humidity will warp them. I was planning on building a man town in my basement so the fact that they have pool tables etc also appealed to me. So I stood in the show room and gazed around until the point where I decided that I would just ask about the valve that I was there to pick up. It took several hellos before I got anybody’s attention. I do not know who the lady is but just like Adriana said she was rude and unprofessional! I told her what I was there for, she looked at me like I had 2 heads… I was only asking for a PVC ball valve for crying out loud. When she finally understood what I was asking her for, and that I was the guy that JUST called about this valve only 20 minutes prior to walking into the store; she called over a guy to get the valve. He looked like the skinny guy with his fingers under his over all straps in the movie Deliverance! When he returns with the valve he tells me that the price was $ 53 and change! So I try to explain to him that they told me that it was only $ 21 and change on the phone. He was belligerent and refused to even listen to me. I explained to him that I plan on perhaps establishing a long term relationship with them because I am going to be building a man town and that I had the pool. He told me he doesn’t care if I buy this one valve from him or if I never buy anything from him. That was when I realized that I would choose the latter, and NEVER buy anything from him! I then did have him refund the $ 50 gift card value. If Unilocal would allow no stars I would have submitted this review without a single star!
