Getting towed sucks. Generally it means your car is down, its a real problem and obviously tense and stressful.
My BMW M3 needed to be taken from my garage at home into the repair shop, and I cannot be more complimentary of the tech that did the work. He was warm and personable even though it was early and cold, and most importantly, EXTREMELY careful and very technical! Getting my low profile car towed can be a challenge, and he took every step very carefully, kept checking clearances and even talking me through the process to alleviate my concerns.
Getting towed sucks, but in this case, it was a VERY positive experience and he did a fantastic job! GREAT dude, I hope the tech that towed me on the morning of 1÷19÷16 gets a promo, raise, and is the go to guy for making sure the rest of the drivers are as good as he is.

I had these guys come out and pull my work truck out of the mud. They were there for about 20 minutes and charged me 561 bucks! Unbelievable and there was some hidden charges as well. Dont call these scammers

Came to pick up my car and was charged an extra $ 171! I even used their own website to determine what it would cost to pick up my car. The sheet online said a rate and then when I showed up, a random sublet tow charge appeared! Stay far away from these guys!

The Woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful. Its refreshing to talk to someone who is both informative and kind with a dash of manners, in the towing industry. It really makes all the difference when someone is actually helpful like she was.

Second call of the morning, I need a tow truck. Pro-​Tow didn’t have a truck available today — they are so busy they can’t come help me until tomorrow. BUT to save the day they referred me to Gene’s Towing even gave me the phone #. They earn 3 stars for the referral.
