Avoid Prompto! They caused my car to leak half a quart of oil overnight from the filter after an oil change. I had my car inspected the next day and had an alternate business fix the issue due to Prompto being closed. That sucked, but that’s not why I wrote this review.
Corporate was rude/​unprofessional and refused to reimburse me. I was not looking for a free oil change, just a return of my money so I could do business elsewhere. Quote from Mike at corporate, «Bring me to small claims court, I dare you.» I just wish this company would own up to their mistake. Not one person from this location or corporate even offered an apology.
