I saw some old reviews for this location and felt I should update them a bit. The management has changed since a fee years ago. I have to admit I also struggled with the previous manager. But the new manager strives to keep the customer satisfied. Much better! I like what I see and hope it continues.

Went in to pick up a prepaid phone for my niece, and had a horrible experience with the sales person. I told him what i was looking for and why, he still try to sell me a family plan for a contract phone thru verizon wireless my current cell phone provided. He then proceed to argue with me about how horrible a prepay plan is and how the coverage area is really horrible and won’t work in the area when I already had virgin mobile prepay phone and it works great in the area. Got mad at him and told him i’ll go to the other radioshack seeing as how the sales people in this one is really dumb. Don’t go here if you’re looking for a phone.

I have been at this Radio Shack location several times to purchase specific products, each time I returned home having had a less than pleasant experience.
I have found the staff to be unfriendly, especially a certain man who I believe is the manager. The last time I went in to purchase a micro SD card, a girl approached me and asked if I needed help. I said yes, that I needed the card and could she show me where it was. She said yes and started to take me to the place where it was located. Then she stopped and said «Actually, hold on this lady was first»…she then left me standing there like an idiot while she ran over to help some other lady. RUDE!!!
After finally getting the card from the unfriendly manager, I returned home to find it wasn’t what I wanted so I had to return it. I did so and got home and realized that they gave me the wrong card so I had to return it AGAIN. This time was worse. The man was very rude and did not say one word to me during the transaction, thank me when it was done, nor did he apologize for the atrocious service himself and his employees had provided me over the past few days of trying to purchase a simple memory card.
I left angry and I will NEVER shop at this Radio Shack location again. If you are looking for something in electronics I highly recommend Frys or something else, and do everything in your power to avoid this vastly unprofessional Radio Shack store. Terrible service and rude employees.
