This place is closed. Tried to check it out this weekend and saw people dismantling the place apart. Dont know if they’re moving locations?

This BBQ is the best I have ever had the pleasure to eat! If you like a traditional Louisiana style BBQ, then look no further! The staff care and prepare a lovely meal. When you walk in you may think this is a bit pricey but… Once you close your lips around that perfectly cooked meat you will not even think twice that this is worth the money. My only complaint is the side items of beans, potato salad and corn bread are waaaay to small. The corn bread portion is almost none since they reduced…:(sad because it is soooo delicious! If the portions on sides were bigger I would give this a ***** rating! Definately go, you will LOVETHISFOOD!!! I have ate the pulled pork, ribs and the brisket! WOWOOWOWOW!!!

I’m very partial to Peco’s Pit for brisket sandwiches, but Ribbin’s BBQ is quite delicious. The meat was moist and had nice«bark» on it and the sauce was a good mix of sweet and spice. Peco’s mild is hotter than Ribbins sauce, but I didn’t mind the lack of heat. The sauce had great flavor and it was liberally applied. I also had their pork ribs which were tasty, but not all that flavorful. I found that all the flavor was coming from the sauce and that the meat itself was nothing special. Their corn bread was excellent– very moist! I definitely will be back– I want to try the baby back ribs next time!

Amazing Pulled Pork Sandwich and man are those some good greens. I actually went to the new location in Renton but hear the Auburn was is just as good. It’s fast, cheap, great service and amazing flavor. The pulled pork was just the way I like it with a little spice and man are those greens good! The only thing missing was the macaroni and cheese but they promised it’s coming. Don’t disappoint. Better go check this one out folks.

Hanging out with my mom on a beautiful Sunday we decided it was the perfect opportunity to eat some barbeque. I found this place on Unilocal and saw that it had two 5 stars, so I made an executive decision to go here. All throughout Unilocal reviews and the talk threads we keep hearing about there is no good barbeque in the Pacific Northwest. I am not from the South, nor am I an expert in the art of barbeque, but I do know what I like, and I like this place. We tried the pulled pork sandwich, baby back ribs, beef brisket, beans, fries, and corn bread and all were delicious. All the meat was tender and had excellent flavor, and I have to say that this is some of the best sauce I have had. I wouldn’t say it is really spicy, but it had a nice kick to it. I know it is kind of weird to have fries with barbeque, but I am a man who likes his fries and the seasoned fries here are pretty damn good. The people who worked here were extremely nice as well. You could tell they really care about providing the customers with a good product. My only complaint about this place is that it is kind of far from everything. I think they would be better off if they moved closer to the mall, but this is a minor complaint. Zipzap Zubity Bop!

Amazing smoked flavor and zippy sauce! The sides rock too. We had a BOGO coupon for a rib dinner and chose the pork ribs. Very tender, juicy, full of meat. We each had huge 6 rib portions and didn’t even make it thought half. There was plenty of sauce left to make a nice casserole for tomorrow. Each dinner came with 2 sides and we spread out the love to try as many as we could: Beans — same zippy sauce as ribs with LOTS of diced green pepper and onion. Potato Salad — Kind of commercial tasting, but with a ‘different’ mustard twang. Nice for a taste of something ‘cool’ while having such spicy BBQ sauce. Sweet Potato — Brown sugar and orange flavors in the chunk mashed spuds and not too sweet. Fries — Steak fries with no crunch and kind of mushy by the time we got home. Not something I would have liked on its own, but cut the spice of the sauce well. We also gave the sweet potato pie a try… we were too stuffed to try more than a taste… the crust tastes bland and commercial, but the filling is a straight up mash… not too sweet… very light… can’t wait to dig in… later… much later.
