Rock Creek Mobilehome Community

I have recently purchased a home in Rock Creek Mobile Home Park. As this is the first time I’ve purchased property in a senior community, there were many regulations that I was unfamiliar with.
Fortunately, the park manager, Eleanor, was able to explain the reasons for the procedures and regulations that concerned me, and although I did not complete a purchase there in September when I first considered it, I subsequently, and after investigating many of the other senior mobile home parks in the area have decided that it is the best one and is clearly a good investment. I’m looking forward to living there and enjoying the amenities that are offered.
I can recommend Rock Creek without reservation to anyone who wants the convenience of living in a well managed mobile home park where management is responsive and helpful.
