We had two roofing bids. The first roofer although in business several years didn’t measure correctly, and bid an additional cost of $ 2,800 for dry rot repairs «as seen” — with additional cost to be determined after the roof was off.
Rose roofing bid was better over all, included the latest in roof ventilation and all new vent covers (no additional charge)… the over all price was lower by nearly $ 5,000 and the dry rot work… was less than $ 1,000 when all was said and done. They worked 3 days cutting and repairing dry rot that had started under the failed roof.
Everyone was professional, on time and even used a blower to clean up. Definitely worth the 5 stars in rating. To top things off we could pay by credit card to get rewards points.
