Great honest service, with a smile. Nice shop inside and out. Friendly, honest service at a great price. I just moved to area and looked at some of the other places for auto repair and found this to be the best. I don’t want a inspection when I get a oil change I just want it changed and that is what they do. No wasted time on unnecessary inspections. They do just what you ask and they get it done as fast as possible.
This is my new shop for my vehicles.

These guys are awesome. They are very honest and helpful. I used to take my Honda and Toyota to a place that specializes in Japanese cars but they charged me a MINIMUM of one hour — $ 95 no matter what the issue was. Need a new gas cap? $ 95 (no gas cap included). Need a new battery? $ 95 (no new battery). These guys charge ONLY for the time they spend. They work on all my cars now. They even kept a car there for several weeks that my daughter couldn’t afford to have fixed and did not have it towed. They are courteous and helpful. Like a local place should be. They do great work and there are no surprises.

They always have a the best customer service and get the work on my car done fairly quickly. Sam at the front desk is always friendly and Chris the mechanic knows his stuff on cars.

I am new to the area and needed to find a new tire shop. Schultz was the first place recommended to me. I have worked in Automotive and Truck repair for over 20 years. This place is clean, organized, friendly, busy and the prices can’t hardly be beat. Everybody there has a great attitude and made me feel like I was a long time customer. It’s obvious that Bill looks after his guys with the massive 48″ swamp coolers in the shop. Not to many people go to those lengths. Period.

Place is nice looks great too but people in the service industry don’t understand they work for the customer. I’m not going back

I can’t say enough good things about Schultz Tire! Wonderful courteous staff, waiting room is fantastic, free WiFi too. I got my radiator replaced and shocks installed for the best price! I was told by another shop I needed a new heater core. I called Schultz and got a same day check. After pressure testing my system, I needed a radiator not a heater core! Saved me $ 600. My car was done before the end of my work shift, they were even going to give me a ride to work :-) after I picked up my car I was grinning from ear to ear, no more smell of antifreeze and no more creaking sounds! I highly recommended Schultz, love these guys… thanks Schultz :-P

Today was my second time coming to this shop (oil change today, tires previously). Both times they were very fast (without an appointment even). This time they rotated my tires and did an inspection.
They were frank with the results of the inspection but with no pressure to have things repaired there. I will be happy to return here.

My experience with this business is not a good one. To begin with, I was led to believe before arriving at Schultz that they price match competitors. I wanted to do business with a local Auburn business and took my quote to them only to be told they won’t match it. I mistakenly decided to give then my business anyway. Here’s what happened: The salesman told me that the best tire for my car carried a 80k warranty on tread ware. The tires were the top of the line and most exspensive for my car. I agreed and paid the big bucks. After that is when my experience went horribly bad. For starters a wheel cover ring was missing. Didn’t notice for a few days and I really can’t be sure what happen to it. I was willing to let that go. Than, after about a year started noticing noise from the front tires (20k miles). Went to Les Schwab and also American Tire Center, both said that the tires were bad and I should go back to the original Installer (Schultz) and let them know to have them replaced. Went back to Schultz, the guy said that the tires just needed rotation and that would solve the issue. Had them rotated. A few weeks later noise was back again. Back to Shultz and was told that some noise is normal. Had tires rotated two more times and 30k miles still noisy. Went to have rotated at 38k miles, only this time was told tires are bad and need replacement. Said fine, they are under warranty. Salesman said that this particular manufacturer makes it impossible to cover under warranty. He said my best option is to put new tires on the car by a different mfg that is really great on taking care of warranties. The estimate was nearly $ 700.00. By now I was done with Schultz. The sales pitch was similar to the one I heard on my first visit. Went to a different tire Center in Auburn and had great tires put on my car for under $ 450.00 including hazard insurance and guaranteed replacement. Beware of salesman at Schultz. They did not take any responsibility for their recommended tires, warranties or service. I won’t go back!

I’ve been going to these gentlemen for a few years now, they are excellent. They understand I’m on a budget and we always work something out. Very friendly and helpful. I got an alignment done by them, and it’s far outlasted any other I’ve gotten. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Good prices, honest work, friendly people –Robert

Misleading. Was told on the phone that there would be no problem getting my wheels and tires mounted and if it didn’t work, they would at-​least try. Arrived at this location after a 30 minute drive and was greeted by someone other than who I spoke to on the phone. He said that it was not possible and then proceeded to lecture me on tire dynamics and how tires can «explode and shoot across a shop». Why deal with tires then? Felt in a way like I was being talked down to which is the main reason that I felt the need to create this review. That is not a way to treat paying customers. In any case, I brought a-​lot of business to this location with either my applications or referring friends. After wasting my time at this location I found another local tire shop. Mounted all the tires within 20 minutes. Definitely will shop elsewhere instead of this location in the future.

Sam and all of the Tech Mechanics are great at Shultz Tire Pros. I have been getting a few different vehicles serviced there for years. Recently I had bought a used Toyota 4Runner and brought it in for a tire rotation. I immediately found out that their services have expanded to a «full» garage with their recent hiring of an ASE Certified Master Technician. With the tire rotation I was informed that the existing tires were too old to be safe on the road. I was fine with that, can you but a price on you or your child’s safety while in the vehicle? As their Master Tech was doing his safety inspection — and listening to a few of the issues I was having with the 4Runner he noticed a few other problems. I had them replace the valve gaskets and tune-​up the top end. I was aware of the oil leak at the valves and had previously purchased the gaskets, which they installed and informed me that I had purchased high quality gaskets. While repairing the gaskets they found the previous owner had used subpar materials. I also knew that the shocks were original and completely dead. I suggested installing a big off-​road shock and they described to me a comparable shock and a third of the cost. I was and am very satisfied with their quality of workmanship. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Shultz Tire pros.

These guys are great. We run a service based business, and they take care of all of our tire needs. The pricing is always fair, and we’ve never had any issues with unbalanced tires, or felt that we were getting swindled. I definitely recommend.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve taken my Subaru to these guys for several years and they have always been straight with me. They recently split from the Tire Factory, but they seem very professional and know what they’re doing. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am old. I went there and had them work on my Buick. They were honest. The price was no worse than the other bids I got. They gave me a lot of free advice and suggestions. They did a real good job on my Buick so I had them do other work on my car not tire related. They did a good job on that too. I’m going to continue to use them for all my tire, brakes and other auto work from now on.

I took my sister’s car to Schultz to have her tires balanced. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t even charge me, until I drove her car home. It was certainly too good to be true as the car was now pulling to the left. Today, I took the car back and they told me that it wasn’t their fault, the tires were balanced as well as they could be, but that I actually needed new tires. They told me that the tires were at 5%! Looking at the tires I could see that there was still quite a bit of tread left. They continued to tell me that it wouldn’t be safe to even drive down the street on the tires. Then they started quoting prices to me and they were astronomical! I decided to go over to Les Schwab and see what they thought about my tires. I didn’t tell them what Schultz had said about the tread. They told me that my tires would be fine as they were definitely over 50%!!! Thank goodness I decided to get a second opinion or I would have been out over a thousand dollars. I will never, ever go back there!
