WORSE COMPANY EVER !!! Our AC motor was not working. They took over 2 weeks to get it installed b/​c they kept ordering the wrong motor — 2 X !! How hard can it be to order the right part and then to have us wait for 2 wks in the heat. And after all this waiting, then they told us it was not the motor but the control board! We said forget it and will get someone else to take a look. The customer service — Never seen worse. If you leave a phone message or they say they’ll call you back with an answer, don’t expect a call back — you’ll be very disappointed. The manager Courtney is rude as hell and the owner Marty is worse! I hardly ever write these reviews but felt the need to write this one b/​c couldn’t bare the thought of any other homeowner going through what we went through with these unprofessional, impolite, rude people.

Horrible horrible horrible!
We were connected with this company when our home warranty company assigned our case to them. We just purchased a home and found water on the floor surrounding the furnace and one of three units upstairs not working at all and the unit controlling the main floor making a fluttering sound and barely limping along.
It took several days for them to bother to come out (because in georgia you really want an hvac company that takes there time in the middle of the heat). His assessment was that we would need both a compressor on one unit and a motor on another. My only problem was — they never told the home warranty company that. The home warranty only authorized the compressor.
I called them back and got a voice mail (I you DO chose to work with them — get used to leaving voice mails, our experience was that we got to speak to humans only about half the time). I left a message questioning this and never got a phone call back. After three more phone calls, I got to speak with a person who explained to me that the compressor HAD to be approved by the warranty company but the motor didn’t because it was below a budget cost item that didn’t require authorization. (Would have been nice if they had told me this).
It took several more weeks before I was fed up enough to start inquiring about when they would get out to actually DO the repair — again the joys of never reaching them plagued the efforts to get a schedule. In the accidental moments that they answered the phones — If I ever heard that the manager was going to call me back one more time — I think I would have to vomit.
Finally, (after about a month) they sent out a different tech from the original who was prepared to replace the compressor. We asked about the motor and he told us he had no earthly idea what we were talking about. We finally sent him away.
Our general feeling was that after a month of being the bottom most priority — if we let them now do things half way — we would NEVER see them again! We ultimately had to insist that another vendor be selected who miraculously was able to accomplish all the work in one week.
