I was diligently searching for a place to install a remote starter and most places I researched had a fair amount of negative reviews. I went to Sound Sensation on the recommendation of a friend. I scheduled my install for a Friday morning, dropped my truck off and the owner told me it should be ready by 10:30am. I received a call at 10:00am that my truck was ready. When I picked up my vehicle the owner took plenty of time to demonstrate the features of the remote and answered any questions I had. I was totally satisfied with the friendly and knowledgeable service I received and my remote starter works as advertised.

Over the years I have had a lot of work done here including a remote car starter, a fairly high end stereo/​amp/​subwoofer set up in a classic Camaro, and aftermarket stereos in 2 Honda Civics. The work, customer service, attention to detail, and follow up support has been outstanding. I mean several years after having my remote starter installed, it stopped working. I brought it in waaaaaay past the warranty period thinking I would be paying for an entire new system. Scott had it fixed in 20 minutes with a new antenna… free of charge. He recently put a new Alpine stereo in my Civic. It was much cheaper than I expected and sounds amazing. Plus Scott is a super nice guy who really knows his stuff and bends over backwards to make sure you are happy. HIGHLY recommend this place, couldn’t be happier.

I had an Alpine navigation system, subwoofer and amplifier put in my 2011 Prius. Bluetooth and audio work with my steering wheel controls. Salesperson Case and Installer Scottie were both very knowledgeable. Installer was very experienced and communicated well regarding how to use the products. Price was fair for the complexity of the work completed. I recommend them highly and am very happy with this company.
