Overall I like this location and it is clean, however the prices are so high it is rediculous! It is nice that they offer free wi-fi butnitnis slow and frustrating.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, yet expecting different results… and right now, I feel I must be going crazy, because I keep coming to this convenient location and expecting the experience to be positive. I have honestly lost count of the number of times my drink has either tasted bad, or the order was wrong, or a number of other small irritating things have occurred. The only consistency that I have experienced here is that the baristas have shown a consistent lack of care towards their customers. Each time I go to this location, I question myself — is the covenience of the drive thru worth the poorly executed drink and careless attitude if the baristas? To be fair, there are maybe two great baristas there — but the majority of them seem to be pretty unhappy, and as a result, the service ends up sucking. I don’t know why. Perhaps it’s a management issue? Either way, it seems to be a perfect example of «water seeks its own level». They are uniformly unpleasant or incompetent. It’s like, if Starbucks had a hell, this location would be Purgatory. Here are only a few examples: I have overheard one of their regular baristas — an extremely thin young man with pale complexion and spiky hair — actually encourage the barista at the drive thru window to lie to a customer who was behind me(«Just tell her it’s decaf, she won’t notice.» I happen to have a friend who is extremely sensitive to caffeine, and its disturbs me to know that the workers here have no qualms about potentially hurting someone). I have had that same barista lie to my face and insist — after I returned an incorrect order to them and repeated my original request — that there was no difference to the cost between the two items(when their menu shows there’s a 35 cent difference). They have added things to my beverages(sweetener when I have requested none) or given me completely different drinks than what I ordered(«iced grande mocha» is very different from«matcha green tea Frappuccino»). Baristas rarely give receipts and are immediately dismissive of the customer after they’ve handed out the drink order. Often the drink tastes weak, bitter, or just plain old(similar to sucking on coffee grounds).
It’s been two years of sucking… and I know I keep saying this to myself, but convenience be damned: this is, by far, consistently the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to… and I will not return. Just bought yet another fetid, oddly viscous coffee from there, and I’m NOTGOINGBACK. I had to throw out the last two, and this one is heading for the trash as well. If you want to know of a location that is amazing and makes drinking Starbucks a treat, consider Safeway on Bell Rd in Auburn. Despite being a grocery store location, their coffee(and the service) is consistently excellent. I also think the drive thru on Foresthill exit is awesome, asbis the Target Bell Rd location.

I go here everyday. .everyone is so nice! Always great service :)I usually get a venti nonfat Chai tea latte with 8 pumps or a Trenta green tea sweetened no water. Both r yummy!

Soo I’m a Starbucks lover! I adore Starbucks. But this one just makes me mad! No matter when I come they always mess up my GREENTEA order. Every other Starbucks gets it right. I had them remake it once and it still was off. I don’t get it… It’s not a difficult drink to make.

This location’s drive through is always busy but the service for me has always been accurate and faster than the line often appears; friendly staff make the wait not so bad. The pastries are served pipping hot and I have tried almost all on the menu and have never been disappointed!

This location today at least was so loud it was difficult to sot and relax and visit with my friend. Nice enough staff and drinks were perfect but the music was overpowering. Not very comfortable furniture either.

My co-worker made a coffee run this afternoon and several of us ordered caramel macchiatos or a variation of one. Mine was ordered upside down. Upon receiving my drink back at work it was made wrong. I called the store and spoke with Jennifer who said she is a shift lead. I explained what happened and she tells me she was the one making all of our drinks and that she remebers she made my wrong. I honestly couldn’t believe she know she made my drink wrong but sent it out anyway. She then offered to make me another one and have me come pick it up. I said that would be great and went to go get my drink. When I got there she gave me my drink and instead of apologizing for making it incorrectly she told me that since there were somany caramel macchiatos at one time she just made them all the same way. She made me feel like it was my fault for ordering the drink I wanted. My make-up drink is also very watery and at this point I would rather not go back and have her mess it up a third time. I have emailed corporate Starbucks as well.

I come to this Starbucks on a weekly basis. Each time I am given great customer service and a great drink. I have had multiple positive experiences both in the lobby as well as the drive through. The store is always clean and has a nice outdoor seating area. Only once did they drastically get my drink wrong. I was a little dissapointed when I got a latte with 2 earl gray tea bags(EGL) instead of the Eggnog Latte(ENL) I asked for and had to go back to get it fixed. I at least expected sometype of compensation for my time. Oh well bridge under the water. I still recomend this spot and will continue to be a loyal customer.

This is a small starbucks… I’m kind of not a fan because the last two times I have been here, there were numerous flies flying around. I understand they come come in when someone opens the door. however, you have to open a door to get into almost any starbucks and there aren’t flies. Staff was nice. My drink was good… Maybe just stick with the drive thru…

Wow, the service is great here, hence the four star review for a Starbucks, which is almost never warranted unless the shop has a drive-thru that is open 24 hours. The place is also huge for a Starbucks. Wowsa. This Starbucks does have a drive-thru, but I don’t know if it is 24 hours because I go to bed at a normal hour nowadays. But you know it is coming: there is a serious issue that I have with this Starbucks. It is nearly impossible to get into the drive-thru, it is a terrible maze of parking lot and bad parking-lot drivers, probably because no one can get where they are trying to go. This is one of those parking lots where I have wonderful daydreams of myself in a big monster truck driving over all of the driving impediments everywhere.

I’m a big fan of any drive-thru coffee joint since I seem to always be in a hurry and this has to be one of the quickest ones out there. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in line for over six minutes. But the other day I had the opportunity of going inside to meet a friend. I was pretty surprised to see how big it was. it even looks like it could hold a table, or two, more. The staff was cheerful as usual. Kudos to Caleb for being one of those great baristas you hope to encounter on a dreadful manic Monday. And my skinny caramel machiatto… oh yea baby.
