Francine, Dr. Ingman’s assistant, not only knows every aspect of her job, but is a lovely person. She has always been very patient and thorough when dealing with the many changes I’ve had with my insurance.

Dr. Ingman maybe a good doctor, but he allows his office staff to be totally unprofessional. Francine who fits glasses for his patients, is the rudest and most unprofessional person, which has driven me to look for another doctor. Francine has even stooped so low that she had lied right in front of the doctor about the status of my order and the doctor did nothing about it. I’ve found another doctor who is very caring and has professional staff working for her. Do not go to this doctor. You will not get the care you pay for or the service you deserve.
