Susan Kelly is one of the best agents I know, I have worked with 100s of agents over the years and Susan is in that top 10%. She is responsive, Ethical and cares about her clients. I have seen her go above and beyond many times. Susan lives real estate, she knows the Foresthill area better than any other real estate agent which is why she has more closed sales than any other agent in Foresthill.

Never answers her phone, totally frustrating. Was listing agent and showed house when I asked to not to, due the possibility of propane leak. Propane tank was red flagged. It was potentially a very dangerous situation. I asked her to re-​schedule viewing and she ignored this. This was after she failed to meet propane company to go over leak.
