New store, new staff, same old business practice. They are the epitome of incompetence, and that’s the truth. 3 order here in 2 days and nothing has been 100% accurate. Finally on the 3rd trip i use their mobile app to order and my order was still not correct. I got my hot food, but they forgot the drink. Come on i come in at one of the least busy time of the day and they cannot read the screen accurately? Had to go back and buy a drink. Like i said this store may be new, but they are the epitome of incompetence.
The store is newly built and it looks great. Everything was nice and clean. They just need better staffs or better training of staffs to make this one of the better taco bell.

I just came here at 10:03pm, I saw people inside eating. I go to the drive thru and they say they are closed. So I drove all the way down to 15th where the Taco Bell is actually open. lame!

Suck! Just drove by to see a backhoe has been used to knock down most of the building. Now where am I and the other residents of Southern Auburn supposed to go now when we want a Baja Blast and something to give us fiery taco poops? Now I might have to go to Bonney Lake. Ugh.

we have been to this taco bell numerous times at about 7 – 7:30 am and they are never open when they are suppose to be. we knock on the door and they look right at you and nothing — the do not even acknowledge that you are at the door — even though their sign says they are suppose to be open, drive thru and the lobby. while we were there no less than 8 cars tried the drive thru and they also received no service. so they left too. we will not be back EVER!

STAY AWAY! We just moved into the neighborhood and have been to this Taco Bell three times. Never again. Two of the three times the drive through took over TWENTY-​FIVE MINUTES. We literally watched multiple sets of people park, walk in, and leave with their food — all the while we were not moving in the fast food drive through. It was so bad that my fiancé got out of the car, walked in, and asked if she could pay at the counter. The workers just laughed at her like it was a joke. She was dead serious. The guy in charge appeared to be stoned and, when we FINALLY got to the pay window, gave us attitude when we said we no longer wanted our order.
Two horrible experiences. Never again.

Waited 30 minutes in line before even being able to order. When we get up to the window the guy took another five minutes before greeting us and taking our money. After asking multiple times about our order being correct (no tomatoes, correct food etc…) We were told to have a benevolent day and upon eating the food at home found tomatoes and missing items.

This Taco Bell is easy to get to, in a great location, is always clean on the inside, well kept on the outside, the staff is friendly and accurate. We prefer to come to this Taco Bell over any other that’s nearby. I know my order will be spot on every time and I won’t have to sit in the drive-​thru forever to get my meal either.
I’ve seen a few employees really go all out for some of their promotions and dress all crazy but it makes it more fun and really entices you to try their newest thing! I like up-​beat, fun and smiling employees. So this Taco Bell wins my loyalty hands down!

Taco Bell isn’t bad when you’re low on funds and this location has always been great. They always get my order right and my food always taste great for what it is. Staff’s pretty friendly too. Can’t complain about anything.

I’ve waited in wicked long lines to eat at this Taco Bell. Once I was 9 cars deep in the drive through.
They do a great job at this location. I know, it’s Taco Bell, but don’t blame the people who work here for the corporate decisions on the menu. If you’re in line at Taco Bell expecting Ruth’s Chris… you got issues that no one can solve with food.
These folks are always friendly, my food is always fast and it’s always been right. Add to this that I can get a huge Diet Mountain Dew from their soda fountain and it’s just heaven.

For some crazy reason, I really like this Taco Bell. The drive thru is fast and friendly. Love the Doritos tacos and Cherry Limeade (Can feed 3 for just under $ 10).

This is probably one of the best Taco Bell locations to eat at. The food is always fresh and the order is correct 95% of the time. They now have the locos taco which is amazing. A taco supreme wrapped in a shell made of Doritos (what more could you ask for in a snack). If your looking for a cheap and quick hunger fix that your not going to end up paying for later, then this is the place to go.
