Tender Loving Snapshots

My husband and I got married this past Saturday. I’m a photographer myself and spent months researching how to create a photobooth for our reception with what equipment I have. I thought I had it figured out — I’d have a station set up, people would take their photos, then the photos would tether to my laptop for people’s viewing pleasure. But my husband brought up a very good point — how do people get to take their photos home with them? I didn’t think it through very well. I then looked into a setup for myself to get photos printed immediately after people got their photos taken, but it was gonna cost more than we’d budgeted for the wedding.
Enter Troy Schneiter and his business! Troy has a photobooth setup that has everything needed in one tiny little transportable package and doesn’t take up much space at all (approx 5’x5’)! But despite the small footprint of the booth, it can fit a surprising amount of people in it — like all 10 of our groomsmaids and groomsmen! Troy also supplies fun, silly props for those goofy photos (always great to see grandparents in funny hats and googly glasses)! There’s a viewing screen inside so you can see your pose before and after the photo snaps. You get three poses per strip, and the strips print out in less than 30 seconds! And the best part? You get 2 strips — 1 to keep for yourself and 1 for your buddy. But for our package, Troy provided a photo album/​guestbook so that guests could hang onto one strip, and the second strip went to our book as their guestbook entry! What a great idea (especially for me, since I will allow me to put names to ALL faces of my new, large Mormon family)!
The quality of photos far exceeded my expectations and is MUCH better than the quality of photos you get from the shopping mall photobooths. The photos are taken with an actual Canon DSLR camera! Troy can also customize the template of the strip! So, you can have your photos in either color or black & white, and the name of your event can be printed at the bottom of the strip. It goes even one step further and also posts to TLS’s Facebook so you can download a digital copy to post to your own FB, Instagram, or other social media platform! Soon, he’ll be able to get them onto Instagram, as well!
I was very pleased with Troy and the quality of care he put into making our special day absolutely memorable and less stressful! I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my day had I done this all by myself. TLS really helped to capture the memories of the day (because most of it was a blur) and made my wedding day that more magical! I highly recommended him for your wedding or next big corporate event!
