How can this place call itself a food truck if they run out of vegetables, fries, and beef with two hours left before the game? Instead of crossing off the items that they were out of, lines formed and every time someone got to the window they were informed of all the items that were sold out. I ordered two tacos(one pork and one chicken) and somehow they were quesadillas.

being a college student as well as a chef is the perfect reason for me to love Tex’s. it is simple and reasonably priced yet fresh and prepared with passion and skill. the small menu allows for a quick decision when you are late for class and the convenience of the truck gives everyone a opportunity to stop by during a quick break. the food is prepared fresh daily and attention to detail is noticed with every experience. if you havent had a chance to try this excellent cuisine then you should. go now and be able to tell you friends you ate there after this brand goes global.

What a rip off! $ 8 for a plain chicken and cheese quesadilla. The menu looks like the ingredients would be flavorful and fresh, but it was just a crappy, bland quesadilla. Don’t waste your time or money, and don’t listen to the stupid students who say, «So good»
