Bryce and Brent finished the installation of our mudroom cubbies and we love the result. They were meticulous with the details (leveling hooks) and one of the guys even fixed our door (totally unrelated to the project) as he has a spare minute waiting for the other guy to finish something. They took the time to adjust edges to seamlessly meet up with one of our walls that wasn’t quite plumb (otherwise, there would have been a narrow gap in spots). The value seemed good and was appropriate quality for our mudroom (dovetailed drawer joints, full-​extention drawers, etc). You could pay substantially more (like 20K rather than 5K, we got an estimate) for true custom, solid wood cabinetry but these products are solid, strong, and look refined. The installers, scheduler and designer (KrisAnne) were friendly, professional, hard-​working and truly seemed to care that the job was done well. Will contact Custom Closet Company in several years once we save up for our master bedroom closet!

Todd and his guys at The Custom Closet Company did an amazing job on our closet renovation. We had a really awkward closet space that we wanted to turn into a set of in-​wall dresser drawers. We had a few companies check out the space and they were unable to creatively fit our needs. The Custom Closet was able to design exactly what we wanted. I am so overly happy with the finished product. They were professional, pleasant, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any project, custom or otherwise.

Installed our new laundry room. These guys are a class act. Let me explain why. After install, there were a few small things that needed to be corrected — scratched knob — yaddi yaddi. I was fine with the way it was. They wanted it perfect. This is a company that cares about what people coming after them think of their work. Personable. Professional. Outstanding. While they installing they hit a pipe. My wife called upset. I reminded her that no one knows where all the pipes are behind the drywall — it’s gonna happen. Just sit back and watch how they handle it. That will determine the kind of company we are working with here. The owner arrived in about an hour, the plumber fixed pipe in less than 90 min, drywall repaired, repainted. Like new. I can’t say enough about these folks. Price was superb too. Did I mention they were outstanding?

It’s been six months since The Custom Closet Company installed my walk-​in closet and I’m absolutlely loving it. The layout and design works perfectly for me — because they really asked me what I wanted, how much space I needed, and then designed it to accomodate that. The space is maximized without feeling too crowded.
Best of all, I interviewed quite a few custom closet installation companies and the Custom Closet Company’s price was competitive for the value and quality.
When they came to do the installation, I was so impressed that the installer took the time to remove his shoes as he came in and out of the house on a rainy day — mindful not to track dirt and mud inside. He also took up the time to vacuum the space when he was finished — very professional.
I couldn’t be happier and will definitely turn to the Custom Closet Company again for future needs — and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, custom closet for a very reasonable price.

Talk about customer service! We did the DIY version, some of the pieces were damaged in shipping. Mike not only made sure that all pieces were replaced but then installed it for us!
