I’ve been coming here for about a year now and have absolutely no complaints. Every time I walk in the door I’m greeted with a «hi» or «hey welcome to UPS», doesn’t matter if they are busy or not. I’ve done business with 3 people here and am honestly amazed, seems like they are happy to see me and work as hard as they can to get me in and out as quick as possible. Also, the hours here are great, open earlier and stay open later than other UPS offices. All in all — AMAZING service!

The UPS store made it so easy to print several PDFs from my email quickly! It was far better than my experiences with FedEx, where I’ve paid to use their computers just to print a PDF… only to have the printer malfunction. UPS pricing was cheaper, easier and their associate friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend!

Went here to have a document notarized. When we asked the first time the gal at the desk said the person who could notarize was running a bit late and would be 10 more minutes. So, we went and did a quick errand and came back about 15 minutes later.
I asked again about the notary service and she got on the phone. After a brief conversation we were told that their notary was stuck in traffic and would be 30 – 45 minutes.
If we had gone there during the week I could see this, however, it was Saturday morning, so I’m not sure exactly what traffic they would have been stuck in.
We ended up going elsewhere.
