Completely left stranded after an hour and a half of waiting — didn’t get a call until 2 hours later which was too late. Had to call a competing service that arrived 5 mins after my call.

They have great customer service. Their drivers and managers go above and beyond to accommodate any needs necessary to get the people where they need to be. Thanks Tiger!

They came quickly and driver was nice. However I was charged $ 20 for a 4.7 mile ride and because I had somewhere important to be I didn’t have time to battle with driver about the fare. According to rates on window the fare should have been around $ 11. But driver decided to take «scenic route» and drive all around the neighborhoods running the meter up. Thanks but no thanks. If you use this service and know where you are going, make them go the way you normally go because their way may cost you significantly more. And money is hard to come by these days… Wish I could leave zero stars.
