If I could give zero stars to this store I would. I have been a longtime customer an used to love coming here… I would recommend the service to everyone! However, the current staff and management are terrible so I drive down to Roseville for all my needs. They mislead me about the cost of a new phone and then did nothing to fix the situation. They were rude and condescending, and I ended up having to pay more money than I should have. Thy even told me that I could get a rebate and when I asks about it in another store (after I already bought the phone) I found out that rebate had expired before I ever even bought my phone. I am highly disappointed by the customer service… definitely not a time to «think Auburn First». Huge disappointment all around… having worked in the customer service industry myself, I am appalled by this store.
