WCS Heating & Air Conditioning

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. It was freezing outside so I immediately started calling repair companies I found listed on the Internet. I wanted one nearby that could possibly get out quickly. After calling several with no answer I called WCS. Angela answered and was very friendly and said she would send Andy right out. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. He had it fixed within an hour at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling WCS for all our future furnace service needs. They are a small husband and wife company that works hard to gain your business.

Pretty much going to be a copy of the previous review, but Andy from WCS was sent to us from McLenndon’s to install our new water heater. He got there a little early which was great (needless to say I was anxious for a shower), and took barely an hour and a half to do everything. He showed up with the new WH, took out our nasty old leaking one AND the nasty wet wood stand. He made sure everything looked great and did an amazing job at making all the pipes and tubes be the perfect fit. Looks great! For the same amount or less than (MANY) other companies that blew me off, dicked me around, and wanted to charge extra for every little thing, I got it don’t quickly, hassle-​free, and by a very friendly installer! I couldn’t be more happy. Time to go shower!

Andy Ludwig was recommended/​referred by McLenndon’s to install our new water heater. He was prompt, very professional and very friendly. He is a pipefitter so was able to install the water heater. He was in and out in about 2 hours. He took the old water heater and disposed of it for us. He picked up all the supplies at McLenndon’s prior to coming to our home. What an easy way to have the install. The price was very reasonable – less than what would have been charged by the larger national stores. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of plumbing/​heating/​air conditioning.
